The food is horrible. Dry. No flavor. Plain noodles were $7 and too dry to eat. They had a crunch to them. Well I just wasted... $20 and my daughter and I have empty tummys because the food was that bad we couldnt even eat it. Its making me give atleast 1star. Thats not by choice. Read more
The experience here was horrible. I stood at the counter waiting for someone to come upfront and wait on me. Then when my... husband complained about the pizza being in too long, and they were burned when he finally pulled the slices out, with no offerto warm up a different slice for us. Wouldn't eat here ever again. I personally don't like the pizza, but we were hoping to geta simple slice for my picky-eater kid. Read more
It?s true that it is overpriced, but I was so hungry that I didn?t mind paying. As far as taste, who knows, because my slice... slid off the plate right onto the mall floor. I turned back around to him and said ? oh noooo, it fell off the plate ?. He saidto me ( Mohamed) ? whaddya want me to do????! I asked if he?d replace it, he shook his head No. my only satisfaction is that thefamily of 3 that was behind me, walked away with me in solidarity! Pizza is average, which is completely fine. What the one star is for is the fact that one slice of cheese is $4.55ish after... taxes, which is absolutely insane. And sure you can blame the pandemic if you'd life for prices but the cost to profit ratio forPizza places is very big. So maybe a slight increase of you feel it's absolutely necessary, but that much for a slice of cheeseis absolutely asinine. Read more
Old man is eating food directly over customer food. While he was doing it, the cauliflower he seemed to be eating clearly fell... in food to be served to customers and he dug his crusty dirty hands and nails to get it out. Delicious pizza... if you like the pizza to taste like uncleaned oven ashes. Get ready to pay almost 5 dollars for a single... slice. You can get a pizza with 6 slices for around $11 at brothers pizza right across the street and it doesn't taste like ovenash. $11 dollars at this dump will get you two oven ash slices. Enjoy! We stopped and ate at Sabrrao in Pa and Nick Grassi was very nice and gave us some free mac and cheese because my tip of my... pizza fell off. My boyfriend and I went here a week ago on a Saturday because I just really wanted a slice of pizza and it was close. I almost... walked away due to the rudeness of the older man. I was reading reviews and I see that I am not the first to complain, butobviously nothing is being done about it. They had just pulled out a fresh pizza and I pointed to that pizza and asked for aslice, he ignored me and gave me a slice of the old pizza sitting there instead, he was also very short and I felt I was beingrushed. There is zero customer service happening here. If you hate your customers and your job so much, go somewhere else. Read more
