They didn?t have half our stuff, the manager is out of her element and the employees were asking for help and she was useless.... Bless the employees they were nice and trying. This is the smallest Popeyes I?ve seen. It?s mainly a drive-thru location. Service was so so, no forks out front. No napkins... either. Had to ask for everything as even though you said for here, nothing was provided. Just kinda blah as far as everythinggoes. Food was typical Popeyes and good. have to say, nicest popeyes ive ever visited in a long time. the gentleman who took my order was very nice and gave us extra... sauce at no extra charge. everything was so clean inside. not too busy. waited about 5-10 minutes for food but was in no rushanyways. the food was hot and fresh and very delicious. they did not low ball me on the amount of tenders I ordered.. would loveto be able to visit here again. i recommend visiting this popeyes if you are ever in the camillus area! Food and counter staff were wonderful. The tables could have used a good cleaning and the floors needed sweeping. Plus there... there was one employee doing nothing but strutting around and in and out wearing a mic and doing basically nothing. Read more
Day shift is amazing and deserves 5 stars! But that night crew is something else. Employee sleeping in a booth, the man taking... our order was rushing, had to ask for our cups, got 3 combos and was missing a fry and biscuit, and the fries were in a bag thesize of mc Donald?s baby fries then placed in a small box. Night crew is very disappointing especially when they had more staffthen the day crew 1 day prior. Read more
This is the best Popeyes in Syracuse hands Down. This particular location has an energetic staff and you can tell they are... trained properly on par with a large city. Kenny is amazing and always professional. Highly recommend this location. Read more
Out of flounder sandwich. Out of shrimp combo. Ok, fine. Order spicy 3 piece tender combo. Get to window to pay . ?Sorry. We are... out of spicy. You can have mild or wait 10 minutes. (I?ve waited too long for similar before). Fine. I?ll take that. I guessI?ll deal. Get home and for $11 (counting tax) is 3 tenders, approximately 16 fries, and a biscuit that I had to reheat despiteliving a 3 minute drive from the store. Photo attached. Never has large drinks available whenever I order, so if you're doing a mobile order, you're out the money. Says they're open... until 11pm, however, was told a little after 9 pm when I came to pick up my mobile order that they don't really have anythingbecause they're just about to close for the night. If you're always closing early, adjust your hours to reflect that. It's notthe first time I've come because they said they were open when in fact they weren't. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.
