Terrible experience. We?ve previously enjoyed Kiki?s so when we got a GrubHub gift card to help with meals after our son was... born we were excited to have it again. But when we ordered through Grubhub tonight it was a different story. GrubHub was veryaccommodating to refund us from missing and cancelled items but very disappointed in the staff. A gyro bowl couldn?t befulfilled so I had to place another order since both my husband and I would like to eat. So we had to place a second order whichmeant more tax and fees. Then, when our food arrived, I was missing the French fries that I had added to the order. Fine,Grubhub refunded me for that too. But then I open my gyro, which I had requested to not have olives, tomato and feta and it?sfilled with olives which I can?t eat. They close at 7pm so seems like a rush job that wasn?t done well. Will not be orderingfrom here again?waste of our gift card and time. Read more

The restaurant setup was nice, and the customer service was good. But the food was not good. I ordered the lamb gyro, and it was... very bland, wasn't enjoyable to eat. The fries were a little soggy too, which didn't help. Read more

A limited menu, but what they do, they do very well. The substantial chicken gyro was excellent, as were the falafel. Their... stuffed grape leaves were equal to the best I've had from a restaurant, but try balancing the light drizzle of oil that comeswith it by using lemon juice as a dipping sauce in place of the tzatziki offered. Also, they give you a generous amount ofcreamy (not particularly crisp) french fries with tzatziki sauce (think of them as a Greek version of poutine). However, theywill provide ketchup upon request. They will also provide hot sauce for the gyro upon request. Beverages are self-serve from acooler. When ready, you pick up a tray with you order if eating at one of their five tables, and when done you clear your table. Read more

Stopped here with my bf on our way to Niagara Falls for lunch and it didn?t disappoint, we LOVE Greek food. Pita appetizer was... fresh, the gyros were delicious. The place is perfect for the Greek aesthetic. We wish the gyro had a little bit of a kick interms of spicy sauce but it was otherwise pretty good. We enjoyed our lunch. Staff was sweet, overall great experience. ThanksKiki?s! Read more

Fresh! You can taste the difference that fresh ingredients make. They obviously put great care in the making of their food. The... Greek salad and falafel gyro were amazing. The pita was soft and chewy and the homemade tzatziki was out of this world. Thedecor is inviting and makes you want to stay a while. The staff are helpful and welcoming. Read more

If it is fresh, delicious authentic Greek food you seek them look no further than Kiki?s in Camillus. The friendly staff works... tirelessly to ensure your experience is nothing short of amazing. Often, you will be greeted by the brainchild and founder, BobCosselmon, of this iconic restaurant during your visit. The ambiance brings me back to a cliff side meal I shared in Santorini. The interior decorated in the traditional blue and white paint, that adorns Greek buildings covering the cliff sides. When itcomes to the food, each and every bite will delight your palate with fresh and savory tastes. Homemade Tzatziki will literallyelevate your life to higher levels of enlightenment. I recommend asking for an extra side, as you will not be disappointed. Yourmouth will salivate and tastebuds crave the savory lamb that fills the fluffy pita or crowns the staple Santorini Salad. Ifpure satisfaction is your only desire you cannot make a mistake with your meal selection. If you?re the type to enjoy sweets, the light and crisp Baklava, will perplex your tastebuds between the honey, nuts and phyllo dough. Go to Kiki?s you can thank melater. Read more
