There seems to he some kind of scam going on with credit card charges. Last month snd now just yesterday I was charged twice... for my order. Most people may not pay attention and just end up getting charged. This easily could be a way to charge peoplewho use credit cards (twice) and then not charge those (friends) who pay ?cash? keeping inventory and the ?cash drawer/ledger?balanced. I came here with my son as a treat after an appointment. There was one other mom & son but they left quickly. We ordered our... drinks inside & my son wanted to stay an drink outside with our pretzels. There was 2 younger adults working. Outside on onetable someone left 3 water cups, so we sat at the other table. The girl working brought our drinks. She immediately came backoutside & started yelling cuss words about whoever left the water cups. Grabbed the cups & went inside cussing all the way. Myson looked at me very shocked and says " momma she was saying bad words!!" This was absolutely NOT OK whatsoever! i did an online order 20 minutes prior to arriving at the store. I couldn?t find the pink starburst on the menu so I was going... to order in store. the quoted time of the online order was 10:55am. I arrived at 11:01 am and saw how long it took for someoneto service me at the window i decided not to order the extra drink. there were four people waiting inside the store already,it?s so cramped it felt unsafe with re: of covid concerns. order wasn?t ready until 11:12 am. what does that mean for the 10minutes of guaranteed freshness? Everyone was nice and apologetic for the wait but it really seemed like the most attention wentto the drive thru. I saw many orders go out the window before my originally ordered one from 10:45a. I ordered a drink. The girl making it was hacking up a lung!! I mean really bad! She took her mask off to do so! Then turned to... see if I was watching. We made eye contact for a few seconds. She then turned her back on me to pour the drink into the cup. Shedidn't wash her hands after hacking into them! Covid, flu, cold, or whatever she had, I sure didn't want it! She should havewalked away to hack, wash her hands, then finish my drink! Or ask her co-worker to take over! But the way we made that eyecontact and she then took the cup to the next counter so she could pour with her back to me was eerie!
