I can understand that the cashier is in training at the window but what I cannot understand is why she was having a hard time... comprehending nor can I understand why she would be there if it's busy. The manager 's attitude was short and dismissive. Thefood was lukewarm with my fries and nuggets dumped over in the bag. Ok, my meal was only $4 but I still paid for it so it shouldhave been presented better not just dumped on the bag. The condiments I requested were not in the bag. Manager was incredibly rude and had an attitude. Got home and every sandwich except 1 out of 5 was incorrect, and 2 drinks were... also messed up! Took 25 minutes before I can order in the line I?ve only been three cars deep. After I got up to the speaker it took another 10... minutes before they took my order because apparently they were only running one car at a time for the orders. When I receive myfood my hamburgers were cold my chili was luke warm. Read more

Dining room seems to always be closed. Wouldn't be that much of an issue if they would at least put a sign up. I've stopped here... at least 3 times to grab lunch when out on the motorcycle and after taking off all my gear and walking to the door only torealize it's locked. At least put a sign out saying its closed so people don't waste their time. Drive-thrus aren't really agood option on a motorcycle ???????????. Read more

Ordered a Son Of Baconator meal at 10:35 pm. Fries were old and cold. Asked the attendant for fresh fries. Got those and left.... Got home and bit into burger and it was raw. Horrible experience. Read more

Don't eat at this location if you have food allergies! We just left this Wendy's because the manager, Jessica, refused to make... a salad with no cheese. I explained that I have a dairy allergy, and the manager replied, "I guess you can take off the cheese,or order something else". I even asked if they had the ingredients to make a new salad, and she refused to reply. She rolled hereyes at my request and shook her head like, I don't know how to help you. It was an extremely rude and disappointingexperience. Side note, the staff at the Bojangles next door was much more friendly, and I ran into an old friend. Sowinner-winner ???? ?????. Read more

Stopped for breakfast today. Food was great. Ordered a Coke Zero and the flavor/carbonation was terrible. Ask to change it out... to Coke still terrible after a rude worker gave me attitude like I had any control over the stupid drink machine I finally justordered a orange juice and left. Worst service and drinks in the area. Don?t order the drinks just the lemonades are good. Read more

Slowest service I ever experienced at a Wendy's in the 56 years I have been on this earth. Waited in drive-thru for 30 minutes.... 10 minutes to order and 20 minute wait after I ordered. Not sure it they are understaffed. Read more
