Worst service I have ever had at a Bojangles. The girl running the drive thru window between 5pm and 5:30pm yesterday had... nothing but attitude. It started while trying to order the food and continued at the window. Even after asking if everythingthat I ordered was all in one box it wasn't. She told me it was and slammed the window shut. Another girl came out and told methat the one with attitude had not given me a bag. The one that came out and then brought the bag to me was very sweet andrespectful. Still didn't get any sauces with my meal like I was supposed to though. Wasn't told there wouldn't be any wings atall. The one running the drive thru window shouldn't be dealing with customers at all especially if she can't do her jobcorrectly or treat customers right. Highly disappointed!! Read more
It's always hit and miss with this location. Went by yesterday and stood at the front counter for several minutes while two... girls were propped up against the drive through window talking, they would occasionally make eye contact with me which made itmore awkward when nobody even offered to help. Finally one of the girls said "someone's waiting on front line" but nobody cameto take my order. After a little longer I gave up and walked out. Won't be going back. Read more

I ordered 80 pieces of chicken for an event... Ordered a day in advance and picked up with no issues.. everything I ordered... including sauces were correct... However, the chicken legs and the wings were VERY small.. Not sure why!!! Read more
I eat breakfast here 5 days a week. Always great. Night crew leaves a lot to be desired. Twice in a month I have ordered the 12... piece special. First time they only gave me 8 pieces. Just left there, but I counted the chicken this time. Well, I get home andfind no gravy for the mashed potatoes. Been eating here since they opened. Not anymore. There's a Biscuitville right next doorfor breakfast, and a KFC for chicken. Tired of getting screwed. Read more
Drive thru service spectacular on all levels!! The biscuit was not hot nor barely warm. See pics of an original sausage biscuit.... I added a bit of ketchup for flavor this time around. Glad I did. Sweet tea taste good. Overall I will most likely chalk thisone and try other locations Read more
We have frequented this place for years and watched it slowly go down in service. The employees have become more rude, more... impatient and cannot get the orders correct. We constantly either have to correct the orders on the spot or drive back upbecause they got something wrong. The service at this location isn?t worth the food they serve. If you can make your way to thelocation in the city of Sanford, I?d make the drive. Our food comes out cold, soggy, overcooked. I?m not sure why this is thecase unless it?s cooked the day before and brought out when people order those items. This location needs a tremendous amount ofwork in both food service and the processes to make the food. Read more
I love their food and the new sweetie pie. I wanted a 2 piece snack and was told they only had the 2 piece dinner which is more... expensive. Last time I checked everything that is in a 2 piece dinner is also in the snack. Chicken , biscuit and side so I wasreally paying all the extra for a drink which I really didnt want. Read more
