I recently placed an order for 9 pizzas for a birthday party. I intended to future date it but messed up my order date. It was... dated for the same day I ordered, which was incorrect. I showed up the day of the party to find no pizzas. The staffinvestigated and spoke with the manager and found my online order. Sure enough, I?d chosen the wrong date. The birthday partywas starting in 15 minutes. The manager and the lady working the register decided not to charge me for the first round ofpizzas they had made and made a new batch for me within 20 minutes. I was blown away at their level of service especially sinceit was my mistake. I would highly recommend this Pizza Hut! Read more
We waited 45 mins just for drinks. We sat and watched another table get 3 refills and order more food before we even got our... drinks. It was so cold inside we all had to wear our coats. Mid af. Read more
My husband and I were there a few days ago, got seated got our drinks another couple came in after us got seated their drinks... and their order taken our order was NEVER taken...Will not be going back EVER!!! We walked out. Read more
Tonight we dined in and there were 2 servers working, they were hustling!! They were both very polite and while they were having... a few minor issues they still provided us with speedy great quality service!! They Both deserve some praise at the very least!! Read more
They were out of the toppings I wanted, I do appreciate that they called to make sure I knew. But when my pizza arrived the... stuffed crust I ordered was over cooked and had almost no stuffing in the crust and the base pizza sauce I ordered was wrong. Ido know they were short staffed so I do understand things can get over looked but I ordered pizza with the white sauce asmarinara sauce gives me heart burn, so I was disappointed when I got a pizza with red sauce as I couldn?t eat more than half aslice without heartburn setting in. Very limited on available items (went in around 1 pm). No salad, no buffet, no unsweetened ice tea. Mini cinnamon rolls were... undercooked (somewhat raw). Restroom hot water scalded two of my fingers. Pluses were staff was very nice and apologized forlack of items. Pizza and wings were good (according to the eaters). Read more
I'm usually a very understanding person but the last 3 or 4 times we order from them they always forget something. Its usually... the wings but tonight it was a whole pizza. I'll probably not order from here again. Read more
