Went through drive thru, ordered 8 pc family pack, was told they were out of Cole slaw. Got home, opened chicken and our 8... pieces consisted of 1 breast, 3 thighs and 2 legs. Hardly 8 pieces. I was very unhappy when they totaled my bill. I had not wanted to drink with it and he offered me two sides and and I figured it... would be the same price as a dinner with a drink. Also I ordered a second meal and it was different priced then what was showingon the marquee. Supposedly it's not showing the price for a meal but the price for the chicken one side and a drink. And I saidI wanted the meal and he didn't bother to tell me that the price was different than was showing on the marquee. Ended up causingme almost $5 extra the way I ordered it and if he had just told me the difference I would not have ordered the way I did. I wasordering off the marquee. Also they need somebody taking your orders that actually speaks good English and slow enough that theaverage person can understand it. Read more
Stopped at this restaurant at approximately 4 PM in the afternoon. It was not very busy and there weren?t a ton of cars in the... drive-through but myself and another customer Still at the counter waiting for service. We couldn?t get anybody?s attention.Pretty hard to sell your product when you ignore potential customers. I eventually just walked out. As a secondary note theplace is a pit. The lawn is full of garbage the bathroom had used toilet paper balled up and covered in urine in the corner.Probably saved myself a nasty stomach ache by leaving this place. Read more
So I got the wrong order in the Drive-Thru after pulling forward I went back in. And they apologized and gave me another bag.... Once I got in my car to pull away I noticed that they still shorted me part of my order. Guess I am thinking it shouldn't takethree tries to get a bucket of chicken, a few chicken strips, and two side orders LOL Read more
I ordered a three piece meal and was missing an entire breast. The chicken is soggy, mushy, and completely uneatable. Tried to... call several no answer. Worst fast food restaurant in town. Read more
Cameron Missouri location. The KFC side is fine, BUT the Taco Bell food prep quality is marginal at best.. I love Taco Bell,... but this location isn't very good.. Read more
Tables were dirty. Floor was greasy and slippery. The young man behind the counter kept wiping his face in between handling... orders and not once did he wash his hands. Until someone said something. Drink Station was a serious mess, no lids for small/medium drinks. Trash Chicken was DRY and Lukewarm, skin was hard and crunchy. Biscuit was rock hard, potatoes were bland andwarm. Asked for a spoon to eat mashed potatoes, they gave me a FORK because that?s all they had. Read more
Highly disappointed in this place! I wouldn't even give it one star. The lobby was absolutely disgusting it took almost 5 mins... before someone came to the counter to get my order. The lady was very rude had a attitude and threw my money at me. I definitelywill not be coming back here!!! They also don't ask you if you would like your food for here or to go. Read more
