We eat here 2 or 3 times a month and the food is always good. Service has always been excellent.
No wait for service or seating. Place a bit grungy but table was clean. Staff was super nice. Food was ok - standard American... Mexican restaurant fare and huge portions. Imagine dinner plate sized burritos and fish bowl margaritas. Read more
The prices went up by quite a bit which I completely understand in this economy but the sizes have went down. So you pay more... for less food. The wait staff was just ok, you had to ask for everything, napkins, refill, ect. I use to look forward to cominghere but after this I will be finding a new place to go. The food was excellent, the greeter was gruff and our waiter a total crab. After he dropped our food off we never saw him... again,we had to ask for our bill. Would try again based on food quality. They need to get some Mexican beer on tap as well. Read more
*My Husband and I were in town in Cameron, Missouri and were going to visit our Son and Family. We drove to through the... Century-old Town looking at the sights and happened upon this restaurant and we said let's go try it out!! *We went inside therestaurant and it was very quaint and done up in a fun Mexican style and our server was awesome... we ordered off of their menuand the food was very ample with what they served us and then we got their dessert also and that was very good!! Fantastic restaurant and just West of I-35. The food was great and the staff was impeccable, with our lunch being prepared and... served extremely quick for as many patrons we're in the restaurant. I especially appreciated that they paid attention to thekids with us and served them first, which as a parent means a ton. Read more
Food is hit or miss. Mostly good, but on occasion chips are not fresh and salsa is less than flavorful. There are several items... on the menu that are delicious and a few that are "Meh". However, if you know what you like, and ask what is "in" items, theyare more than willing to explain and will help you find something that satisfies you. Service is wonderful.
