Drive thru didn't feel clearly marked. Ended up driving all around trying to locate it. Sandwich was okay.
I got Arbys.And it. Took over 30 minutes to get are food and then they forgot the shake then we had to go inside then they... forgot the straws . I thought you just supposed to be able to drive thru. Read more
If I could give it a zero I would. Ordered a roast beef combo and a Reuben my husband specifically told them to make sure the... fries were hot they weren't the Reuben was cold my dogs enjoyed the roast beef and fries...won't be going back...rudestaff....terrible food...don't waste your time or money Read more
Arby's staff took my card in through the drive through window and worker walked away for a good 3 to 4 minutes. No idea where my... card went . Claimed my card wouldn't work so I gave another card. When I got my receipt back they charged me 70 cents for a"donation". When I called the store to ask what donation this was, got a rude staff member who sarcastically asked if wanted tocome back for the change. Pretty good racquet to do through the drive through because people are miles down the road before theyrealize. Order was wrong when I got home and looked in the bag. My luck. Read more
