I think they?re understaffed so the wait made sense. However, the time spent there from the time we walked in until the time we... got our food was 45 minutes. The staff was very nice, but they forgot to put up our food order on the screen so we kept waitinguntil I approached them asking about our order. Only two things good about the experience at the Native American owned Burger King: fries were hot and good; and gentleman who... helped us was pleasant. My Whopper Jr meat patty was smaller than my son's kid meal Burger. There was no special sauce, onlyregular mayo. In addition, the reservation still REQUIRES masks even though scientific studies have proven the masks areunhealthy and has been acknowledged by CDC as such. Read more

I COULD have given them a 5 star rating. I WANTED to give them a 5 star rating! The restaurant was fairly clean. The restrooms,... not bad. No complaints about the staff, the lady who took our order seemed especially sharp. HOWEVER ... we'd gotten our orderto go. We had 5 people in our group, so it was a fairly large order. Once we got back on the road, we handed out enoughsandwiches to get everyone started. My husband and oldest son were going to start with a small Jr sandwich each and then split abig one. Once they'd finished their small ones, we started looking for the large one..... but it was no where to be found :( Ithad been forgotten to be put into our bags! If it was just a whopper, it wouldn't have been such a big deal, but it was a doublebacon king, which is a nearly $10 sandwich! We were already quite a ways down the road at that point though, and it would be toomuch time for us to go back and rectify the situation. Missing putting a $10 sandwich in our bags is a pretty big deal. Sodefinitely minus at least one star (tempted to take 2) for that. Read more
