Went to pick up lunch for the family and used the mobile app. Somehow the entire order was wrong and half of the items missing.... I wasn't happy and I didn't have time to run back. So 2 people went without lunch and I paid for 2 meals I didn't get. Tomake matters worse on the trip ny order wasn't ready and I stood there waiting to be served for 10 minutes prior to that. Idon't like giving grades like these but I was highly upset. I however would like to point out that my sandwich was good! I willsuggest the new bourbon BBQ burger it's amazing. Considering spending 40 bucks on everything I won't be back for a little whilebut when I do I am fair and will give a other opportunity to improve the 2 star service that I got however I am going to be niceand add one extra star since I am compmaing and I did enjoy my food. This is the nicest Wendy's. I order on Doordash all the time and go threw the drive thru and everything is always so good and... fresh and the staff is EXTREMELY friendy. I haven't had one bad interaction with the girls running the window, registers oranything. Very well managed place. Thank y'all. Read more
Decided to dine in we were the only customers at that time. Waited almost 10 minutes at the front counter for someone to take my... order while there were plenty of employees the ONLY 2 that were actually doing work was the cook and the last running drivethru. After paying for my order it took another 13 minutes to receive my food tried to ask for ketchup bc there wasn't anythinghardly stocked up for tired of standing there waiting. So this will be my second post on this particular Wendy's. It is so hard to believe that there is not a single person in here... that is qualified to work at a fast food restaurant! We?ve been multiple times and the food use to be good and the service. Lately the evening crew has a lot of improving to do.... the back looks like a mess and everyone in the drive-thru is sloppy with terrible costumer service. Didn?t get all my ordercause they were out of most items and still got charged full price. Had to show my receipt to say I was missing a drink afterthe associate put his head in my vehicle to see if I was lying. Then had an attitude about it. It isn?t worth the time in linenor money! Ordered through the website as I am 9 months pregnant and on bed rest so can?t drive to get it, but I really wanted to try the... new garlic fries and a frosty. Waited over 45 minutes to receive my order just for them to give me the wrong order. I didn?treceive any of my items and the ones I did receive were ice cold. Attempted to reach the store and the customer service line andmagically couldn?t get ahold of a single person. I normally don?t write reviews but if I could give 0 stars I would. Now I haveto wait up to 48 hours for someone to reach out to me just to get refunded for food I never received. Definitely will not beordering from here again. Read more
