Terrible! There is no dine in so don't even make the effort to go inside, order was completely wrong so our option was to get... back in the twenty car line or take what we didn't order. CHECK YOUR ORDER before you leave, typical Popeyes getting orderswrong and employees that have no clue what they're doing. Don't waste your time with Popeyes. Read more
This was the first restaurant off the exit. I went through true drive thru and it wasn?t slow, the food was hot and the young... man at the window was polite. Can?t ask for more from fast food! Great experience! Read more

I have filled out a survey, and have made a phone call, have asked to be contacted to date nocontact. The first time I went there was 6-30-22, I waited at the speaker menu board they answered and asked me to wait I waitedfive minutes they returned and took my order, there was nobody in line or in parking lot. The second trip was 07-09-22, therewas no cars in line, I stop at the speaker they asked me to wait, I waited seven minutes I said something and the told me towait I waited an additional three minutes, they took my order. I ordered $ 9.99 special I was charged $13.16 and it was all darkmeat which it was not suppose to be. The fries were cold the chicken had been cooked a while was not fresh, NEVER AGAIN AT THECAMDEN LOCATION. Read more
My husband has ordered online twice from here expecting it to be ready when he got there. He arrived 15 to 20 mins later and... they hadn't even started on it. We ended up sitting around both times for another 10 to 15 minutes waiting for the order to befilled. Also their biscuits are always burnt. Do not recommend this Popeyes until they clean up their act. Read more
Traveling on I-20 west in SC Friday at 11:30 am. Impulse desire for a quick spicy chicken biscuit and black coffee. Pulled... into an opened Popeyes and door is locked, four cars in drive through line so I get in line. At least 20 min later ordered andattendant replied sorry no biscuits or coffee. Needless to say drove away. Next exit Bojangles, my typical choice dining anddrive through open and staffed. Two for one biscuit special and coffee for less than $5.00. Less than five minutes too. Lessthan perfect first visit to a Popeyes in the south. Probably last visit! Read more
Went through the drive through and was immediately told that they did not have change, so it would be cash or card, also they... did not have chicken sandwiches. We ordered a 2 piece white meat and 3 piece white meat chicken diners. I tried to order 2beignets, but was told they didn't have those either. I settled for 4 pies. I guess they forgot to mention that in the openingmonologue. We get to the window and everyone inside was on their phones. After waiting about 10 minutes for 4 employees to putour chicken in a box and hand it to us (we were the only car in drive through and no one was inside) we finally get our food andhead home. We open the boxes to discover a total of 1 breast, 3 thighs and a leg. We decided to eat it anyway since we werehungry and did not feel like driving back down to get our correct chicken. Once we finish the chicken and start on the pies, wediscovered we were gifted with a little present that we didn't ask for. Parchment paper hidden under the cinnamon sugar coatingon the bottom of 3 of the 4 pies. I have never been to a restaurant with such an uncaring, incompetent staff. I recommend thateveryone in the building is retrained including management, because it is obvious that they do not care. I will not be goingback to this location, seems that several people also feel the same way. Hopefully when it closes, they put in somethingbetter. Edited to add: Also the previous 2 times I went here I tried to order blackened chicken strips and was told by thehateful person on the drive through speaker that "blackened is a type of ranch sauce." I have ordered blackened strips at 2other Popeyes locations not to mention it is clearly on their menu. Read more
