They will NEVER get my money or service here again. I ordered a pizza and they got my order wrong. I called to let them know... it?s not what I asked for just to be hung up on mid conversation. You?re not going to take my money and then be disrespectful tome. I called back and was in touch with a manager who was having a side conversation with the employee who hung up on me abouttheir actions and then he gets on the phone and flat out LIED and said he didn?t know who hung up as if my ears were notworking. Decided to try this location instead of my normal Elgin PH. Big Mistake. Employees sitting around watching television in the... dining room as if their store was spotless and they had nothing to do. Definitely could have been up cleaning the store. Oneworker in the kitchen. Pizza was undercooked and not edible. I will opt for the drive to Elgin from here on out. Read more
Ordered wings in sweet chili sauce, and they tasted great! The sauce was tangy witha slight bite at the end, and it was... generously coated over the wings. Delicious. Also ordered a pepperoni pizza: lots of pepperoni on it, and a good amount ofcheese too. The pepperoni was well cooked. Next time I will ask for an extra couple minutes in the oven to bake the crustslightly more (personal preference) -- or maybe order the thin crust pizza. In any case, the food was great. The service wasprompt and on time: our food was ready by the time I picked it up at the restaurant, and the pizza was very nicely hot, so itwas still very warm when we got back home. If you request Buffalo sauce instead of marinara, is it supposed to be a very thin layer of Texas Pete hot sauce? Cause that?s... what it was... I?m very confused. It was not good at all. Edit: tried to get food two more times since the original posting.The second time they forgot to add onions to the pizza so they just threw a bunch of raw red onions on top of the pizza after itwas cooked. The third time I ordered the dinner box. Got home and opened the box to discover there were no cinnamon sticks,marinara, or icing in the box. Had to come back to the store after I was already home to get it. No doubt the original food willbe cold by the time I get back home. Save yourself some frustration and go somewhere else. Read more
I gave two stars because the drivers are nice. the food I received was of terrible quality. I ordered boneless spicy garlic... wings. I guess who ever made my order was being lazy, they just threw a garlic dip in the bag and left the wings bare. The pizzabarely has any cheese on it. Literally, the first slice was all sauce and pep. No cheese. And it was cold. I call to see whatcan be done and get a non chalant response stating they can remake the wings and redeliver but basically that was it almost asif she was expecting me to decline. I then mention the pizza to be told it would be made with the same amount of cheese... lolok. Remake it, just do it right. The manager not once apologized and made sure to tell me the driver would confirm my story.When the driver came he apologized cuz he had no clue what was going on, was going to charge me for another order until Iexplained. I told him thanks for being sorry because the manager couldn?t care any less and he agreed. Last time I order fromthis place. A waste of time and money. Read more
Ashamed I waited about a half hour for my food to be prepared and packaged after being told my online order was ready for... pickup. Never compensated for their failure to do their job of cooking my full order except being given a bottle of water. Noone apologized they made a mistake, they just left me standing there while they played around and forgot my order even though Iwas the only customer waiting for my order! Total disappointment by workers and management! Food was cold pan pizza and breadsticks were over cooked/dry because they sat in heat too long...poor management and worker skills!! Read more
