I usually give businesses a few tries before I leave a negative review. Every time, every single time I've gone to this... Firehouse I either wait because they are beyond slow or my order just sits off to the side until someone realizes I've beenwaiting. Also, it's not a good look to be bad mouthing customers within earshot of another customer. I won't be paying $26 fortwo subs and terrible service ever again. My husband and I came here for lunch & were disappointed with the service & cleanliness. The floors were soaked in water bc the... person mopping wasn?t ringing the mop out, there was dirt and food on the floors, the tables had trash from previous customerswho had sat there, and the cashier was rude and short with us. Won?t be coming back here. Read more
Ppl are friendly and food is good but the workers are so joes. Its a sub place not a hamburger place. A long with the subs are... expensive i think and if you want to make it a combo its 3+ more dollars on top of an almost 10.00 sub thats a medium. Read more

I'm really sad, as of late I haven't been getting any response from their phone number any time that I call. Other than that,... this place always is the best when I get to order. But when the app isn't working, and their phone number isn't working either,I'm left with waiting inside for a bit. They have great subs and are always friendly. Even when I need to make adjustments tothe sub and such as I am a picky eater! It's wonderful and I hope they know how good their team is. Read more
Are you really serious??? This was my second visit to a firehouse and so happens to be the this same location. First time went... ok but tonight really went bad. Before we placed our order they told me it will be a 15 minute wait for our food. I asked isyour 15 minutes going to be an hour? Kid said no. Okay we placed our order and waited and waited and waited and almost an hourgoes by and I asked where?s our food ? They never even started the order. Really??? Asked for my refund and left. I new there?sa problem when a gentleman walks in after us orders his food and leaves before us. There was 5 employees working tonight. Myguess it starts from the top. MANAGEMENT. Read more
Food is good and service is friendly. I typically order online from here and pick up in store. 9/10 it is ready on time. And if... it isn't, it's not much longer of a wait. I know it's a sub place, but try their salad with the peppercorn ranch. So good! Read more
Tried the prime rib sub and a bowl of chili. Both were great and service was fast.
