Unfortunately it?s slow. Receipt time: 5:06pm and currently still waiting in drive through at the window. Currently it?s 547pm.... Shew. Least I wasn?t the only customer waiting this long. Two others not happy as well. One canceled his order. Ordered from thekiosk and got his food in less than 3 minutes. End of the night I canceled my order and left. Read more
App kept crashing to take advantage of a "deal". Had to go inside. Placed order. Made wrong first time. Counter person could not... u derstand plain double quarter pounder with extra pickles and extra lettuce.. Upon correction, other items were cold. Got hometo have burnt patties and cold fries. Worst. Horrible. 3rd time within a 2 month time period I decided it would be easier to just grab McDonald's for the kid's... dinner. Waited 30min for a drive through order, that I had to go inside to finally get. An employee was using vulgar languagebehind counter, and actually walked out & quit while I was there. It's absolutely ridiculous that this food chain still ispopping up stores. So unorganized. The quality of the food i finally received was trash. Thanks for letting me share. Read more
Food was fine. Drinks are another story. Ordered a smoothie and in typical McDonald's fashion the smoothie machine not working.... Changed my drink order to iced tea. I get up to the window and I'm told they have none. It's a brand new facility. No more thana few months old. Maybe no one wants to clean the tools. Food was average McDonald's fare. Read more
Makes me just never want to order food anymore? you never get what you order. $22 dollars for only two little cheeseburgers. ... The quarter pounder was a chicken sandwich (even though it said it was a quarter pounder with cheese on the box), we didn?t getan entire meal (chicken nuggets & fries) Then of course we call and they just want to give us all the stuff that we didn?t getat a later time. Orders wrong or made wrong. Ordered a crispy chicken and it was chicken and a bun one time. Dirty packaging on my sandwich which... is very disgusting. I don't know what was on it. Not to mention all this grease on my other sandwich... orange juice taste likewater... and on separate occasions the orders were also... The guy at the window who does the drink and hands out the order isa pleasure every time.. wish I knew his name..but I haven't seen him.... Read more
First time in this McDonald's location, since it is fairly new. The restaurant was clean and very modern. It had a few kiosk... stations as you enter. The lady taking our order was friendly. We were given a number and told they would bring the food.Shortly after taking our seats they brought our food. The food was good and freshly made. The only issue with this location, wascontrary to all other McDonald's I've been to, this one does not have the beverage station available to customers. Drinks aredone behind the couter. Read more
Huge thank you to Linda at the Camden Location. Another store severely messed up my order and I had reached out to here so I... wouldn't have to drive another 10 mins out of my way. She quickly asked what I had ordered compared to what I received,explained that this wasn't something they typically did but she would replace my sandwich for me! I arrived and she had itready!
