The worst service ever. They refused to take my order in person. I was told, online orders only! She told me that there were... only three people are working and they were too busy to take my order. She said that I can stand there and place an order onlineand she would make that order but refuses to take my order in person. This was by far the most unreasonable way of handling thesituation. She also started making fun of me for my questions. I will not return to this location. Also, I would recommend thateveryone avoid the Camden Chipotle. Read more

I was so disappointed in this place. We went to place our orders and I asked for a burrito bowl with steak. They told me they... were out of steak. Okay no problem, I'll get chicken. Now for toppings. I would like lettuce.... Sorry no lettuce, cheese....nocheese......avacado......nope not that either. They were out of everything. The people were rude and the place was dirty. Horrible management! No real leadership anywhere to see. 8pm and still very busy with all employees dragging their feet. Zero... doordash orders on the shelf. Employees taking their sweet time eating their lunch when there is plenty of work to be done. This place deserves less than a one star for the dump that it has quickly become having opened max 1 month ago. Tables arefilthy which is a prime example. Well to say the least it was a disappointment go to the new chipotle. We arrived and saw nothing but dirty tables with cheese... and sour cream on them. We waited in line observing the new restaurant and liked what we saw. As we got closer to ordering Iobserved that the staff of 4 in the back weren?t moving with any eagerness as the line was close to out the door. The staffappeared to be confused more focused on the outside and not paying attention to people requesting things for there order. I hadone person in front of me who started to order and saw that the spoon wasn?t even filled with rice when placed in there bowl. Ithought oh maybe it fell off and she would give another scoop. Well I was sadly mistaken that was the portion she was givingeveryone even me. You go to Dover and when you get home you open the lid and it?s covered in your order being packed to the top.Camden well let?s just say I had very minor sour cream on the lid. They were running out of chicken and had only just thrownmore chicken on the grill making people either have to wait for it to be fully cooked or order another meat. I get there new,but it was extremely disorganized and appeared like they weren?t even trained just thrown in the line to make orders. When I gothome my food was cold not even room temp. AWFUL. We were traveling so i hadn?t seen the reviews. They were accurate!!! Location was locked and sign said you could order... only on the app. My daughter downloaded the app. Went inside side door to pick up. 5 employees who didn't have any idea whatthey were doing. They had a row of half filled burrito bowls in a line that never moved. I wanted to just get a refund butseeing that no one was able to work that wasn't going to be an option. We waited about 10 minutes and asked about our order theyjust looked around. Then 1 person printed our ticket and started making them. Then stopped, A bit later someone else took over.Folded the 2 burritos badly and put the order together and walked away. A few minutes go by and I say, Is that our order? Theyput it in a bag without a word. We go outside to eat. Mine had a hair on top and I removed it knowing no one in store couldspeak. I ate my very cold burrito.
