I never take food back when it is made wrong. I never complain. Yet the one time I do, I am told "from now on" I will have to... bring food and my receipt back same day because I bring back too much. This is after I had to park for a large Coke no ice leftoff my order, which was $23.88 cash. They don't give receipts when you pay cash. Manager on duty said they were out of registerpaper. This location is a prime example of what happens when an area lacks a competition. The drive thru stays packed, and the lobby... usually has a decent crowd, even though the staff lack any care or concern for patrons. No hello, no welcome. Just order at akiosk. Sit down at one of our tables that still has crumbs from the last visitors hours ago. This place is messy, orders areincorrect consistently, I'd go anywhere else, if there were. Read more
Great little restaurant but we were disappointed. The food was fresh but there was no ketchup for the customers. This is a... burger and fries restaurant with NO KETCHUP?? Also as seems to be so common the frappuccino machine was broken. Read more
Terrible service food was void after we waited over 15 min for it. The line was moving so slowly.., it was like everybody was... in training. Sorry more like everybody had no training. Ordered 2 quarter pounders because there was a big sign in the front window that shows buy one get one for a dollar. They will... not not honor their sign. So they have false advertising. Read more
If you ask for extra sauce they give you no sauce. The workers are racist. There was an employee that purposely would give no... sauce. That sauce wasn't for me. It was for my daughter's happy meal. What kind of evil person does that. I complained and nowwhen she's at the window and walks away and I have to wait for another employee. This town is so evil towards one another. Went through to go window. The young man was nice that took our order the lady that gave our food was nice. However chicken... nuggets and fries just laying in the bottom of the bag, no napkins. This is always like this . The nuggets box was closed butthey were in the bag.
