Everytime I order from this place I expect it to get better but. Nope my wish never comes true I ask for LIGHT SAUCE for a... reason I NEVER ask for the whole spoon like really. My order is always simple. Ex. A large pizza with LIGHT sauce. How can umess up something so simple? Was excited to have dominos closer but nope. I'll rather take the drive now. Pizza was delivered late. It wasn't hot. All the pineapple slid to one side
Ordered online And they got my order wrong so when I called the store and spoke too Female manager she was Extremely rude and... didn?t wanna help correct the mistake they made she was so unprofessional and disrespectful and ended up hanging up in my face .I called back day after and spoke with a different male manager that was super nice and Helped me in no time . if there was a zero I would give them one...employees on cell phones, socializing instead of working on order...(no other orders... were coming in)...didn't take the order correctly...working half a$$ed all the way...I wonder if their pay checks were halfa$$ed if they would understand or take pride in their work...never coming to this place ever again... I ordered a large pizza and asked for cheese and they gave me 2 packs of cheese. When I asked for more the lady stated it would... be $0.05 each. I said but I have a large and she said that?s just how it is. I won?t be back! Read more
Honestly only doing this because of one person. I?ve had pizza delivered to me 3 times by Ashlie and every single time she has... forgotten this or that and says she?ll go get it but never comes back. Worst delivery driver there is. I?m tired of paying forthings and getting the messed up order or not getting my FULL order. Double check your order EVERYTIME before they leave guys,this is ridiculous. Read more
6pm - placed delivery order for 8pm for 1 pizza 1 brownie 1 Coke 8pm - delivery person delivers 1 brownie, 1 Coke, 0 pizza. Says... "they messed the order and forgot the pizza. I'll go back and get it" 9pm - still no pizza 9:05 pm - called and the storemanager doesn't know the status Your one and only job is to make and deliver pizza. The Indian guy at the call center said we don?t deliver there in spite of seeing it numerous times in past. Manager Brock at the... store got everything handled, order taken, and was just as professional as if he was filming a national commercial for thecompany. Great customer service. Read more
