Reviews for Hilltop Drive-In in Cambridge City, IN
Fantastic drive in food with good portions. The burgers are huge! Great service too.
We were traveling from out of state and on our way to Dayton after watching the races at IRP when we decided to try this place... out. The food and service was outstanding! (I ordered the King burger, kids got grilled cheese and my wife got chicken strips)The burger wasn't too big or too small, just right. We were greeted with a smile, which is worth noticing because it was 10 minto closing time and we were 2 families deep. Everything was fantastic and super cheap considering there were 8 of us and ourbill was only around $40!!! I only wish we had time to try their ice cream or milkshakes! (They looked amazing in thepictures) We're heading back to California now, but my kids will always remember this little place! Read more

That little bit added up to About $23-or - $24. The food was Alright taste wise but definitelydisappointed In how many Fries & onion rings you got in a large for the Price .. Read more
Wow, a really nice burger with good meat made to order...so much better than the chain burgers...and my wife enjoyed the fish... sandwich as well. The hot fudge sundae was great. We got there in early afternoon and many locals of all ages were getting icecream. Seems to be THE place to go! The counter person was friendly and greeted the regulars joyfully. It was nice to stepback to the charm of days I feared were no more. The town is cute and filled with historical markers and nicely kept homes. Itseems to be a really nice town. Read more
the breaded tenderloin was huge and had a nice thickness in some places but pounded too thin in others so that the breading over... took the pork. the grill tenderloin was much more even thickness and about the size of the bun. it was very good. the bunsdisintegrated into nothingness. the pork was good quality with the fat and gristle trimmed out. though both the grilled andbreaded were a bit dry. french fries were crispy without being greasy but we're cold inside so I'm guessing they were frozenoriginally. onion rings were large with thick breading. 75% of the packaging was in paper and compostable, then for some reasonthey stuck the grill tenderloin in a petroleum based unrecyclable styrofoam box.
