Got the Alamo plate, which was a bountiful mix of meats (pulled pork, which was nice and moist, ribs and brisket). Even the... fatty bits were tasty. The coleslaw was the perfect mix of creamy and crunchy, and the beans complemented everything nicely. Make sure you don't forget to grab some BBQ sauce to add some extra flavor.
