25 minute wait and I didn?t even get my food, ended up getting a refund. Facilities were gross which should have been a red... flag. This place is the worst in maybe all of Ontario.I think ppl are still waiting in line. I think the positive reviews areeither old or from the employees. Best staff in town. Lady who often works mornings is a welcoming presence especially if you've bought from the McDonald's next... door. McDonalds should take note on how to assist a customer kindly and produce the order properly as someone has requested.Nothing but good things at Wendy's and not so much next door. Breakfast at Wendy's is also amazing here. 5 Stars to thewelcoming lady. It's one thing to do it once, twice but she's wonderful every time. Ordered a mobile order. Front staff was solo during Thursday dinner rush (5:30pm). Very busy, two others ahead and many behind... in line. Watched as my mobile order was skipped at first, and then it disappeared. When I asked the front counter they said theynever took my order and they were dismissive, like I was trying to get free food or something? Over twenty five minutes laterafter placing mobile order, I had to get a manager who had to pull up the deleted entries, and show the front counter attendantthat this is a mobile order and yes it is legitimate and payed for. Very friendly staff and a nice clean establishment. Standard great quality Wendy's food. My biggest criticism is the drink... dispenser. The touch screen is very flaky making it take much longer to get a drink then it should (also only one drink at atime) as a plus side though, there were lots of drink selections. I'd definitely come again. It does seem this location istrying to move to a more self serve style way of ordering, but since there were friendly staff, I was happy to work with them. Read more
Only gave 1 star because at least the chicken sandwich was hot and frosty tasted as expected. The line was so long in drive... thru, went inside. Waited 10 minutes just to place order. One person working cash, and doing other tasks like prepping food,going over to check on prep station. Witnessed the burger prep staff taking out garbage while she should have been focusing ongetting all the orders up. No communication between staff when riders were up the food sat there. The guy on cash seemed veryslow and confused on what to do. Short staffed I?m guessing. Had to tell the guy my food was ready behind him and probe toactually get my order ready. A waiting room of people all looking at each other like what is going on ! A lady came in fromdrive thru stating wrong burger order. They did it twice for her and she still left saying it was wrong. Not sure what?s goingon here but management and owner need to pay some attention to this location. Terrible experience. Today i bought 4 piece chicken. Its not worth. Very very small pieces. I request spicy but they regular one. We don't like that... taste. So my advice don't go drive through surely they cheat you. Small small piece sell to drive through???????????????????????????????? Read more
