This is the absolute worse Tim hortons iv ever been to. The staff was extremely ignorant and wasted our time. After telling me... I wasn't speaking proper English, which is my first language lol, I was then refused service and the drive through girl actedlike a victim. They didn't complete the order, gave hot drinks with no sleeves. This place is a joke. Not to mention theytook 10 min to get packages of sauce that was supposed to come with the order which was later refused. Read more
Absolutely love this location! Staff is friendly and my coffee is usually made before I get to the counter. I?m a regular so... they know my order. Arina is the best! She always gives me a big smile and it truly makes my day. Keep up the good work, greatservice Read more

I have been going to this Tim Horton?s for many years, in the last year it has gone complete down hill, I waited today instore... line for 25 minutes. As there was a line right around outside as well. One til? There was like 5 people for the drive thru Ibelieve an assistant manager running like crazy with no help, while another manager was on an iPad, clearly customers shouldhave come first, I know the owners, not going to mention their names, but what happened, you don?t care? You don?t see what?shappening. There was no donuts , muffins, at 8:10am until 835am until I left, open another register, you have 5 people at drivethru. I ordered for sausage and bacon. And it?s been the fourth or fifth time that I only get bacon in my sandwich. I paid extra $1... for adding a sausage and I never get a sausage. Read more
Very busy location with long drive through lines. Normally there is only a short line inside but very limited staff working the... counter. Not sure if this is Covid staffing restrictions. Edit: where's the beef? Roast beef sandwich only had a single thinslice of meat. Read more
I?m never coming back. I asked for the chicken craveable and they said they didn?t have the chicken right now. So I asked for... the steak one and they send me a half cut sandwich with the buns backwards. They didn?t use the proper bun. The night shiftneeds more training or help honestly. Read more
