I had quite the frustrating experience tonight at this location. We had attempted to get our nightly teas before picking my son... up from work. After pulling up to the drive thru, we waited a good 2 minutes before being asked to wait a moment. We obviouslysaid ok and continued to wait. Another vehicle pulled into the next drive thru shortly after. They proceeded to take their orderfirst. We?re now into 5+minutes of waiting at this point. The girl finally takes our order and we pulled up and continued towait for the car in front of us to get their stuff. They finally pulled away, we go to pull up to the window, and the girlworking took a walk up order before serving us. At this point this whole experience had taken us 9 minutes. It was extremelyrude, and we had to leave before getting our teas because we were now late to get my kid from work. Good thing there?s a timmieson every corner, because I won?t be returning to this location. Read more

When I arrived it was not busy, and there was plenty of space to sit. I didn't have to wait long for my coffee and timbits,... which were both correct. The service was also super friendly! I do love that this location has the powdered timbits becausethose are the best ones! Read more

Been a regular since I started driving. In last 2 years or so service has gone way down hill. People aren't trained on how to... make items properly (cold brews). Not on that but the line is always backed up and service tends to be the issue. Superslow.... I don't make reviews often. I often go out of my way to go to a different timmies now. Hopefully this saves someonefrom a long dreadful disappointing service. Read more

Would be nice to have people who understand and speak English working there but sadly in customer service jobs lately no one can... understand properly. There was one girl on the take out who spoke very clearly and had good manners but unfortunately that israre at Tim Hortons lately. It's almost as bad as Walmart. Read more

Heading inside towards the bakery window, they were low on many popular items. Regardless, I ordered a cheese croissant and a... chocolate croissant. Sat down to eat the cheese croissant, when I immediately saw a hair in the croissant, immediately tossed itall in the trash. On my way out I actually notice nobody is using hairnets. Very unprofessional, it?s not only gross but veryupsetting. Especially since they didn?t even understand what I was saying when explaining the situation to them, due to thelanguage barrier. - 4 stars I have been a regular for almost 2 years. The service is terrible the red head making food is always on the edge and... yelling today was the last straw she yelled in a customer face that there order was ready not once but twice this has happenedmore then once not acceptable plain old rude and nasty some one in the position could think that's okay to treat some one likethat !!! I keep going there as Jackie is amazing and always has a smile even if she is having a bad day same with Nicole indrive through !! This is just the morning staff as I don't go there after 3 pm only during my work hours ! stay away form hereunless you want the worse service you could possibly get from here !! just discussing. go through drive through and meet thenice controlled staff that have respect for your business Read more

The store was closed so I walked up to the drive-thru to place an order. The lady asked me to download the app and order that... way which was fine, I understood due to safety concerns with regards to vehicles coming up to the window. I went to place myorder but the app didn't give me the options to get what I wanted which I could see they had. I went back to the window and shecompletely ignored me. It was the only bad experience I've had at this location, but still... A little more respect would havebeen appreciated. The least she could have done was meet me at the door and talk to me that way. Although their drive-thru was fast, the quality of service was disappointing. I ordered a sausage homestyle biscuit and added... chipotle, after having to say the order 4 times, they drenched my sandwich in the sauce?. I shouldn?t have to specify the amountof sauce. Advising consumers to avoid this location. Read more
