It is always a very busy location but the staff works hard and I have not had an issue with the quality or service. Just the... wait time can get high sadly as they are a very busy location. But the food was good and it was hot. They are up the streetwhere I work and I visit often. Read more

Drive-thru is great. Ordering Inside the store is a disaster. Wen you order at the kiosk, you eventually get your food after... they serve the delivery orders - but you?ll still need to ask where your beverage is. When you order at the counter it seems abit faster. The delay seems to be the speed at which the bagels and hot food items come from the back area. The employeesdon?t communicate and this effects the speed and accuracy of the orders for those waiting inside. Great store, but wait in thelong drive-thru line. This is the worst experience i have ever had in this tim hortons, yeah i right i already have some bad experience in this one,... first of all both the drinks were wrongly labelled no sugar at all. We went yesterday morning at 11:00 am (so a Saturday morning). They were so slow and the amount of people waiting for something... from an order or just their order was unacceptable. The items being handed out were no way in any order of customer at all. Whenthe staff was asked (multiple times as well) by a customer if they could check how much longer they went to check but neverreported back to the customer. That is horrible customer service. When we finally got what we were waiting for (after 15minutes) it wasn't even worth the wait. We had ordered a steeped tea which we got right away and then a plain bagel toasted withbutter for myself. The tea wasn't even correct in how we ordered it, we ordered it with 3 milk and 3 sugar, we got it with justcream. No milk, no sugar. The bagel was toasted and barely any butter on it, it was like eating a barely toasted plain bagelwith nothing on it. I understand being busy. I understand staff needing training. If this is the case, have your supervisors ormanagers come out from the back of the store to assist with the busy front store with the struggling staff who are dealing withthe walk-in customers, the drive-thru customers, the mobile orders, and the online order pickups. This shouldn't be happeninghaving customers wait 15 minutes for a bagel that just needed to be toasted with butter, or a customer who needed a coffee (thiswas a customer beside us waiting for 5-10 minutes). Get your act together and train your staff better. Know your busy times. Bebetter for your customers. Just overall be a better business and don't rely on the "Tim Hortons" name to always pull youthrough. Please be better. I have seen this starting to happen at way too many Tim Hortons that they are just not caring thatthey make customers wait so long, mess up orders, knowing that those customers will come back another day because they want acoffee. I didn't go Tim Hortons few weeks. They have like this inside store. It's nice!
Tim is always a great place for some coffee & snack in an economical price. Oh not just coffee ofcourse for some good snack,... wifi, personal time or may be a date. The croissants are the best ever, Freshly made crisp from outside & soft from inside. Thegarlic snacks are another options to tickle & activate your taste buds. Read more
