My food was fine, but the woman serving the people behind me was terribly rude. English was not their first language, but they... were very understandable. She kept saying "WHAT?? I can't even understand you?" and "Well you should have said THAT instead!"Honestly, they were clear, I had no issues understanding them myself. She also yelled back to the other employees "Don't bothmaking these wraps yet, these two have no idea what they are doing". Terrible service. I went to the drive thru this morning, and not only was my order messed up... but because the ladies at the... window weren't paying attention ended up paying more money than I should have just to get what I wanted. Very frustrating. Read more
This Tim Hortons has a poor selection, with only basic items available on the menu. After my last drive thru experience, I will... not be back. They took my order without checking if what I wanted was available. When I pulled up to the window, there was noalternative replacement, so I had to cancel everything and leave. Read more

I have no idea why it's so very difficult to fill a cup so my tea doesn't end up like this....see attached pic. I absolutely... love it when it gets down in the window control buttons. Not bad. Typical Tim Hortons. I don't expect fine dining quality. It's a basic coffee shop. It wasn't horribly dirty, but it... wasn't immaculate. It would be great if Tim Hortons could get on board with the dietary needs of the world. Thank you fordairy-free options, but step it up a bit. Read more
