First time trying Teriyaki Experience. Ordered beef teriyaki. Overcooked beef and veggies, greasy, bland. Everything was mushy.... Just tasted bad, ate pieces of beef and had to throw away everything else. Have been a regular customer in Edo Japan, never hada problem. I?ve been eating here for a while and I haven?t had a bad experience yet. The quality of the food is amazing, I haven?t been let... down once. If you?re in a rush then it might be better to go to a different place because it does take slightly longer than ausual ?fast food? restaurant. I willingly go there knowing it takes slightly longer because I know I?ll get consistently greatfood. The staff is extremely friendly and seem to have great pride in their work. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Ordered the salmon bowl with vegetable base. Not only did I wait over 30 minutes for my... food, but I received a very pathetic "meal" with barely any vegetables and an overcooked piece of salmon. I tried to contactcustomer service dozens of times, left multiple messages, and it took almost THREE MONTHS for them to get back to me... Wouldn'teven give me a refund. Delicious food, great serves, super friendly employee! What else could I say? I've read some of the bad reviews from some of... the previous customers. Honestly, I believe that majority of them were lack of communications with the employees or not familiarwith the menu. Since the employees are not native speakers, miss understanding happens.
