Waited way too long for even our drinks to come. Appetizers came out cold. Asked for drink refills and never got them. Waitress... went to every single other table but ours. We ended up leaving and paying for our apps and drinks before we even got our mealsbecause the it was taking way to long. Read more
We occasionally order from Swiss Chalet. Generally the food is good. Usual issues are that some smaller items may be missing;... other times extra long wait. Today it was ready before time stated. however, the "fresh garden salad" was anything butfresh. The manager/ owner reached out to me to apologize and rectify the situation. Read more
When it first opened, I went with family and friends to this nice place. The food and beverage, I ordered was very good. I... never had any complaints about my food. When we came in, the hostess took us to our table right away or we had to wait 10 to 15minutes depending how busy they were. The waitresses always asked if we were finished before taking our plates. They alwaysask if we want dessert. Then they will ask, do you want your bill? We paid cash and we tipped our waitresses cash only. Also,they do accept Debit and Credit. They do have a drive through, to pick up your order. They do prefer you call or go online toorder. A few times, I ordered by phone and they will let me know how long my food will be ready. The lady will ask my name. Then when I get there. At the window, they will ask my name before I get my order. If you haven't paid before you come in. You have to go into the restaurant to pay, then they will hand you your order. They do have Washrooms and free Parking Lot. They do have Wheelchair Accessible Entrances and Wheelchair Accessible Parking Lots. Read more

Came here with a couple buddies after our P2A (Paris to Ancaster) gravel race. Was surprised they let us in given how muddy and... disgusting we were, but we got seated and service was quick and cheery ???? I ordered the smoky rib sandwich with fries and itwas actually more delicious than I thought it would be! ????The service was quick, our waitress was pleasant, and we allthoroughly enjoyed our meals! ???????? The only good thing is that the hot chicken sandwich was good and the kids meal pizza was good.. However I ordered a quarter... chicken dinner and dinner with a piece of chicken that was no bigger than a tiny drumstick and that's definitely not a quarterof a chicken!! Unless you're using Cornish hens! On top of which The baked potato was only half cooked and the sour cream andchives was just sour cream with one little chive in the whole packet! I was sorely disappointed!! And all I got was a potatoand that tiny piece of chicken and A bun that I couldn't even eat! Read more
this is actually the most disgusting swiss chalet ive ever ordered from. we got it for my brothers birthday party and its making... everyone gag. the fries are dry, the chickens gross, the coleslaw cabbage isnt even cut up, the bun is literally stuck to thebox and we cant get it off. its horrible Read more
Ordered online and gave them a 1hr lead time on 2 meals (nothing fancy, just chicken and fries) despite the app offering a 15... minute pickup window. We show up to pick up at the scheduled time and they hadn't even started to make the meals. 30 minuteslater, were still waiting and no sign we're getting our food any time soon. This is a joke, our time has been wasted. Wewon't be back! There is better food and better service elsewhere. Read more
