Absolutely horrible customer service this location won't even pick up the phone. Was calling to inquire about an order that was... taking much longer then it should of. Ordered a double tender sandwich. All you could taste was pepper. I don't know if the shaker broke but you couldn't taste... anything else. Also, KFC stopped their honey mustard sauce. Extremely disappointed since that's the only reason I get thefries. Read more
It's OK. Not sure if anyone has noticed the pieces seem to be smaller. That's because they have. They are cutting the pieces in... half. They are not using smaller chickens. Mary Browns still has the full size pieces. Fior that matter try the NEW KitchenChicken on Avenue and Franklin; full size pieces and very tastey. Read more
Legendary staff from as a child still work here and provide legendary service. Sandie is top notch. All the people from the... previous location who moved onto this one are amazing. New staff can be hit or miss, I still love it here though. Read more
I'm not sure why some of the latest reviews are not in favor of the restaurant, but my experience today is more than awesome! I... was in the drive thru and ordered a bucket. I casually asked if it was possible to throw some extra dips for me. I didn't seeher name but the girl gave me 6 extra dips! I thought they might give like 2/3, but this was an awesome experience for me today.Highly recommend for their superb service. Read more
Ordered take out- totally regret it. The quality of food was disgusting. 1. The chicken was overcooked, lacked seasoning and... just grossly swimming in grease. 2. They forgot our two sides (out of 3) 3. The gravy was bland and cold. 4. We ordered popcornchicken bowl- came with like 4 kernels of corn, no cheese and topped with bland gravy. 5. The delivery man walked across ourlawn, we are seeding grass so there is a perimeter rope fence around our lawn and he just stepped over it. There is a side walkand proper path to our front door. Clean restaurant with polite staff members. They asked us to do a survey and after that we had options to choose cheese cake or... popcorn chicken. The fries were not that great. The location is very nice and has a nice view of roads as well as it is near tobus station which make it easily accessible for all to get in there. The staff that served me were very pleasant and helpful. They do haveRestrooms with Wheelchair Accessible Entrances. They share their free parking lot with other stores. They do have WheelchairAccessible Parking lots and Entrances. They do have takeout and delivery. They also have a diner you can sit down to eat.
