I have reviewed this location a couple of years ago, I believe. At that time I was extremely disappointed with the quality of... the food. Today, by design, I had a 4 piece dinner. It was just like the good old days of KFC. The original chicken coating wascrisp, not greasy or soggy. The meat was super moist and tender. The portion size was well worth the price. A side order ofgravy was genuine chicken gravy, which was better than the original recipe. In all I was very satisfied and pleasantlysurprised. It's like getting back an old friend. Good job. So I dont know if its just this location or all of the kfcs- but the quality has gone waaaaay down since i was a kid. I haven't... had properly breaded chicken from them in a very long time. Its always soft and doesn't taste as good. Same with the popcornchicken and the tenders. BRING BACK THE CRUNCHY BREADING! Read more
ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! If I could give zero stars I would this location continues to disappoint. The owners clearly do not care at... all about the quality of food served at this location or to properly train their very young staff who seem to not care aboutcustomer service at all. The staff is not friendly or engaging and do not care about food standards. I went through drive thruthis evening sun June 26/22 There was no one in the line yet I still sat at the speaker for over 5 minutes before finallysaying hello? And 2 minutes later someone asked for my order. I ordered the boneless bucket for my kids with fries and a lggravy on the side. I got home and opened my bag to find no gravy which ticked me off and disappointed my kids but I was notgoing to go all the way back for! Opened up the chicken tender container to find very small tenders much smaller than they usedto be and one of them was not even a tender it was a bone in chunk of chicken. The fries were absolutely terrible as if they?dbeen sitting there all day or cooked in very old oil. It is only once every couple months that we order KFC but we will bedriving to hespeler rd from now on. Read more

Poutine is nasty.. used to be great but the gravy is gross and cheese nasty. Cheese has definitely changed and tastes terrible.
