Had to ask for two forks for my two poutines in the drive thru order and the lady kept saying there in there after I checked 2... times took out the items in front of her explained and said i am not seeing it she shuts the window walks away? I'm stillwaiting and she goes they are there. Finally she comes back I am explained I need forks to be eat them bc my work has no forksand I?d like to eat lunch she gives a dirty look shuts the window walks away. I sit in drive thru waiting again with a line nowbehind me Finally after 3 Time asking she rudely pushed the forks at me and shut the window and walked away? correct me if I?mwrong If I'm politely asking for them and paying for them should I not get cutlery?? Writing a review bc this is the second time this establishment has been beyond disappointing. Someone yet again scraped a... condiment on like there?s one swipe of mayo. There?s no Mustard like I asked. There?s 5 stacked up cucumbers in the middle lolmust have forgot to cut them proper. This burger was disgusting and beyond dry. Also.. 5 onion rings? Really? Often order from location, employees are familiar with my Ghost Pepper Buffalo Burger and always make it perfect. Friendly and... welcoming staff and prompt with orders as the traffic flows smoothly. Great management at location must be present with thequality displayed. I've been to the Kitchener location and the quality here has been better every time. Read more
New owners have no idea how to make a good burger. Skimpy on the bacon as well. Fries always old and cold.
We ordered through drive thru, 2 original combos, and an original burger, first one was to be everything but hot peppers and... mayo, there is no ketchup on here and some kind of spicy sauce (shown in picture), second one was ketchup, mustard, garlic mayoand pickles( not a pickle on it). The single burger was suppose to be everything but hot peppers ( it looks identical to thefirst burgers toppings), fries were cold, worst burger from Harvey?s EVER, will not be back!! Your produce is lacking infreshness also. Get your head office to maybe teach you how to make a good burger. Read more
New review: Lightlife burgers are drier and thinner than their Angus burgers. They don't really taste much like beef. They taste... a bit odd. I won't buy it again. I am keeping my 5 star review because their Angus burgers are so good. Older review of mine:Angus burgers, onion rings, and fries were fresh and hot. Very efficient staff! The place was very clean and modern looking. Seemy pics. I only wish Harvey's sold cooked unbattered onions and cooked mushrooms as burger toppings. You would think that sincethey are mainly a burger place, Harvey's would have more toppings available. However, this isn't the issue with this store, itis with headquarters. Read more
