I went there to buy a box of dilly bars, this location is selling it almost $5 more than any other location. For that box, a... box of fudge bars and one blizzard it was going to be $37. I knew they sold cheaper than that so I went to the King St locationand for the exact same order $27. Read more

Love Dairy Queen! Who doesn't? But won't be going to the one in the Cambridge center again. Young lady on cash register did not... seem to know how to use it. She could have been new, but the other young lady was rude to her and us. And when I received mySunday and said "wow I have never had such a small about of sauce before" She very rudly told me that, that is the amount of hotfudge I get. Although I have been having the same Sunday my whole life. And of I want more I have to pay for it. So I didbecause I like the hot fudge more than just having a dish of icecream. Many reasons for the rating: -very bad customer service from the guy (arrogant) -did not make it to corprate standard and... appearance (see pic) -had to be asked to change PPE - initially said he couldn't make it as asked for, eventhough all other DQshave make it with no issues I was dissapointed becuase the mall is so empty, businesses in general should understand theinportance of every impression they make on their clients. We wanted to get some ice cream after we ate lunch, the problem is that this place is not in the food court and we had to walk... across the mall just to get this ice cream. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and there was a little bit of a line upbut it moved fairly quickly. They have good selection of ice cream and treats for the whole family. There is lots of freeparking outside the mall. Read more
