I ordered buffalo chicken fingers n upon receiving food i saw that fingers are tossed in some sweet sauce. When i asked the... server, she said its a medium buffalo sauce. N brought a hot one later. I have attached the picture, please let me know if itreally looks as a medium buffalo sauce.(if possible) If yes, then why the server never asked my preference about mild, mediumor hot ( not mentioned in menu to choose ). Unfortunately a terrible experience. This one was by far the worst service I?ve ever gotten. In all of 2 and a half hours we... were there, we got checked in once. After the first hour of our food being eaten and our dishes being at the edge of the table,we were ignored. Another hour went by, and again, we were still intentionally ignored. Our waitress would serve every tablearound us, make eye contact with us and keep walking. We had to stop her in her tracks to ask for another beer. Two and a halfhours later, we decided to go out for a smoke. We left one of our reusable water bottles at the table to indicate we were comingback. When we came back in, the table was cleared of, reset, and the water bottle was gone. We sat down and was greeted by adifferent server as if we weren?t there the whole night waiting for our bills. Our server sat and did closing procedures, againignoring us while we waited at the cleaned table. She finally came around at 11:30pm to ask if we wanted the bills.. She madeit very obvious that she was ignoring our table all night on purpose. By far the absolute worst experience. We were there9-11:30pm. Very nice place to eat. Very clean and well kept. The staff were VERY helpful and pleasant to deal with. Our waitress was... TOTALLY AWESOME. VERY pleasant, happy and fun to be with. I'm visiting from Calgary but sure will make it a point to be backagain when I can. Read more

I think the staff is friendly, the service is great and the prices are really fair. However the food is mid at best. Definitely... tried enough of the menu to say it's really mediocre food. Good drink specials but my reviews are for the foodies. There'snothing here for us. Everything was not bad, but when going out you should aim higher. We tried the kids meal chicken strips,ribs, the ribeye and something so bland I don't recall. It was okay. I don't enjoy giving negative reviews especially becauseeverything but the food was great. Service by Madi was good. Went by to watch Stanley Cup final game 5 on Friday night. Got real busy just before 8 pm as we... arrived. Chicken club on sourdough was delicious, washed down with vodka Cranberry. Went on a Sunday afternoon, so maybe they were short staffed. But I had to go find someone to take our order after waiting 25... minutes. The food was brought out after a ridiculous amount of time. The steaks were good and hot. Fries were old, cold, andstale - tasted like they were cooked yesterday and not even reheated. The cheeseburger was also cold and the bun was dried outand crusty. We've eaten at this location many other times but this was pretty bad. Also had to go find the waiter to then payfor our food. I gave two stars because their prices are pretty good. Otherwise they would have only gotten one star for thisvisit. Very disappointed. Will probably return because of the prices, but hoping for better service and food in the future. Read more
