I wish I could give this place 0 stars!!! The 2 white ladies denied me a shower because I parked along side the guardrail that... has NOT one NO PARKING sign there. I specifically told them that I just needed to take a shower and I was going to leave fromthat spot. And they can?t say I was blocking the entrance because I wasn?t, if I wasn?t there the trucks would still be sittingdamn near on the road?.. never will I ever visit there again Read more
This Pilot has a tiny parking for trucks, and it?s tight. I only stop there when I absolutely have to. Yesterday, I stopped... there for a shower. Fatal mistake. I took the risk to leave my truck at Rural King nearby, and came in. The employee made surethat I wasn?t parked on the fuel island before he handed me the key to the shower. He probably deals with this complaint severaltimes a day, given how little parking there is there. Anyway, shower: in my top five of crass places. There was lots ofpost-shaving tiny hairs in the sink. The floor hasn?t been swept since GWB was president. And the plumbing? the fixed showerhead was missing, so I tried to use the flexible one. The knob was defective, so I couldn?t choose either one of them, but got alittle stream of water from the flexible and a violent droplet spray from the other. And don?t get me started on temperaturecontrol. It?s you and your luck. I felt dirtier after shower than I was upon entering, and wrapped it up as fast as I could.When I brushed my teeth, I rinsed the sink, and the tiny hairs just went down with the stream. Maybe the employee that put inthe sticker ?Cleaned and sanitized? on the door didn?t know they had to use water for cleaning. I will never set foot again inthis place. I will carefully plan my fueling route to avoid this Pilot location at all cost. Read more
The only thing I like about this pilot is has a Subway but it has small parking and and it has bad bad truck access and and it's... just really not with the stop unless you have to Read more
Standard convenience store / gas station. Cashier did not seem to be very happy about being there though. I'm always very kind... to service industry workers, so I expect a little courtesy back. Read more
Not impressed, at all. Staff fighting amongst themselves. 2 urinals, 2 toilets. Very small truck stop with a backwards layout... for parking. Only food is Subway. Emergency stop only for big trucks. IMO. Trucks camping out at the fuel islands. Read more
Extremely awkward lot for semis. Women's bathroom is in dire need of cleaning. The toilet is extremely rude and obnoxious... flushing constantly. Water droplets flying up out the toilet bowl at me and landing on the toilet seat contaminating it andme. Staff was very nice. Read more
Limited parking and it fills up fast. However its tight so you dont have to put up with RV's takinh truck spots. Not much inside... but not horrible. The building is older and shows it. Trucks make sure to take the second entrance (further from the interstate)or you'll be wrong way on a one way. Read more
