These people are absolutely incompetent. They told us to pull around to wait on 2 chicken strip baskets. THAT?S IT. 35 minutes... later we?ve gotten one basket and no word on the other one. I go in to get a refund bc the other order is cold and they STILLHAVEN?T MADE MY ORDER YET!!!! They lack of a such thing call team work in drive threw for 30 minutes for a warm milkshake
Waited 20 minutes to order at the counter. Assistant manager couldn't figure out how to run the register then the staff 'lost'... our order. After waiting another 25 minutes at the table they came up and asked if we'd gotten our food yet, which we hadn't andwere the only table with people at it. Left without getting our ice cream. I waited in the drive thru well over a half an hour. Ordered 2 large blizzards and received them dripping ice cream all... over-very messy and 2-3 inches not filled. This Dairy Queen was great! They were running a BOGO for $0.80 Blizzard deal, which we took advantage of after a long day hiking... at Salt Fork. The employees are friendly and efficient. The ice cream cakes on display were just beautiful. The restaurantitself looks new and was very clean and tidy. There is plenty of seating outside and even more outside. We would definitelyrecommend the Cambridge DQ for anyone looking for a cold treat! Read more
Food at this particular DQ is not fresh and comes out slow. The whole restaurant smells like 3-year-old fryer oil.
