It took over an hour for delivery and called to check on the order and it still took 15 minutes to get it. The pizza was soggy... and not fresh. Very disappointing. Read more
I ordered my free pizza and Honey BBQ wings and I was very dissatisfied with my order. Not only was the pizza burnt as shown in... the picture, but I had to add my own BBQ sauce as there was barely a drizzle of sauce. The photo is after I added my own sauce.The only thing that was any good was the parmesan bites. $30 for this? Not ever again. I won't be dealing with Domino's again. It's pizza right. It's good, and the prices is what keeps us coming back. If you understand that you should be fine. But what... you should also expect is poor as hell customer service. The last two times I've ordered there my pizza have been made wrong.And then to try and help they said they would deliver out a pizza but it would take over an hour. So instead of that they wouldonly give me credit for 1 of the pizzas they messed up. They also forget the sauces that they nickel and dime you over. When youmake the 15 minute trip back home. They ask you to drive back or next time they will give you an extra one. That doesn't helpme. My delivery boy, Joey was very polite and punctual. I request him every time to make sure I get exactly what I want and he... always delivers!! One time my dog accidentally bit him and he apologized to the dog and gave him a treat anyway. He's thebackbone of this dominos and america. Read more
Very disappointed. Again. This was the place we went to for good pizza and a Italian sandwich. What happened? Pizza is either... over cooked, you don't get what you asked for.? The sandwich is skimpy, where is the meat and cheese we used to get? This hasbeen going on for a while. I'm done with this store. When they say we will credit you, they have no record of it. I've livedhere 21 years. They won't let you talk to the owner. Cause he must not care. I recommend if you want service and good pizza callCasey's.. Dominos has let me down, time and time again. Wife said the pizza was alright but nothing to write home about. I had the Chicken Carbonara Bowl it was maybe 1/2 full not a... lot of fillings I think 3 pieces of Chicken, maybe 6 Mushroom, maybe that in Bacon, a little less Ham, and Bacon Tomato ChickenBits or Boneless Wings whatever it's called not much Bacon, Tomatoes, or Cheese on them again nothing to write home about. I order from this location all the time and never did I expect for them to double charged me, not for my most recent visit but... from previous visits?. They gave me the corporate number to call which wasn?t available at the time?so the next morning I calledagain just to find out it?s A recorded message saying to contact the store location. I went to the location few days later toget my refund since they double charged me and the manager told me to leave the store, then called the cops when I tried tocontinue the conversation on how to get my money back. I hope no one else has this same problem with them, they are thieves andrude with no customer service skills what so ever! Shame, I won?t support dominos ever again because of this.
