Have been a few times now for both brunch and dinner. Definitely on the pricier, more boutique end, but overall a good spot.... Brunch has a great array of tacos and fabulous potatoes! Breakfast sandwich was also really good. I think the dinner menu isokay, not to everyone’s taste so depending on your party might want to take a peak at menu options beforehand. Vincent’s has been on our list of ages and their brunch did not disappoint! The staff are very friendly, attentive and have... great suggestions. The vibes are welcoming and comfortable, and the food/drinks are spot on! We had the Bodega breakfastsandwich with sausage smoked duck sorta, the wolfram of del rio taco and the Guadalupe taco. The homemade telera rolls are sosoft and delicate and both tacos were the perfect combination of umami, creamy, crunchy and tangy. I think the breakfastsandwich and the Guadalupe taco were our favorites - but everything was so good! And all the cocktails perfectly matched theflavours of the meal. Vincent’s is a small new restaurant near the Kendall Square Cinema where I went for brunch and got three excellent breakfast... tacos. I’m used to getting three tacos generally for a meal, but if you get anything beyond the basic, but delicious B.E.C.taco you really only need to get two because they are quite large. I think this place would make a good date spot because of theambiance and the small cozy bar tucked away near the front of the dining room. Update: Recently just had dinner here andenjoyed the flavors of all the dishes. I will say the Chicken Two Ways was well worth the price, but I felt the Mussels + JohnDory and the Breads and Spreads were smaller portions than anticipated so keep that in mind. Read more
Attending an event nearby. Figured we would "give it a try" and wow so glad we did. From the second we stepped in, the... experience was excellent. The incredibly friendly host ended up being our server. Absolutely outstanding. Started out with thetwo special drinks of the night, a Wabi Sabi and an Antibes. Highly recommend both. And if you have app, make sure you try theVincent's Board. Tonight it had a salmon pate. The mix of flavors with the drinks. Totally on point. For dinner, we had a duckbreast and the masa gnocchi. The flavor combination with the perfectly cooked duck was amazing. The duck fat cashews...wow. Thegnocchi was not the normal Italian gnocchi but again the flavor made it shine and the gnocchi themselves were like tiny goldenpillows that melted in your mouth.
