Would give zero star if I could. Awful. Bad pizza, even worse service. Took 2+ hours to get the pizza. Repeatedly called with no... response. Do not give them your business. Read more

This place has a management problem. One day the credit card does not work. The next day, they are out of plates. Pizza is... irregular, sometimes excellent, other times dry and tastesless. Read more

I have been coming here for the last few years but today was my last time. They have increased prices of slices sold which is... fine with me but the pizza is now even thinner with less topping, cheese and sauce. Either increase prices and keep the samequality or the other way around. Also, the woman working there is always in the back on her phone and you have to wait a whilebefore someone comes to the front. Read more

Have had upper crust before and it was amazing, sadly this time around I ordered the same exact pizza and received something... totally different. The pizza was not thin crust, it wasn’t even fully cooked, the chicken on the pizza was hard as a rock, thepizza also was covered in massive bubbles where it had no sauce or anything almost like i was just eating dough… veryembarrassing performance from what is supposed to be a higher end pizza place that charges very high prices. We also waited anhour and a half to receive the order. Will never be ordering from this place again. Read more

I was excited to try a new place. Ordered a large Swellesley pizza, hot chicken tenders, and mozzarella bites. Once the order... finally arrived almost 2 hours later…..the pizza was cold but okay. I like the amount of spice. The chicken tenders were verygood but def on the smaller side. The true travesty was the mozzarella bites- because they gave me KETCHUP instead of marinarasauce. So those were basically inedible. Really disappointed overall and would not order again. Read more

First visit to Upper Crust, since it replaced the previous pizza establishment. The dining room is "cozy" with a large communal... table in the middle and big screen TV. We had the "Tremont" with prosciutto, tomatoes, basil. Menu seemed to have something foreveryone. They had a "Stubborn Soda" drink fountain, which had some interesting soda flavors - agave vanilla, black cherrytaragon, etc. Reasonably priced for a 18" pizza which generously feeds 2-3. Read more

I’ve been to many pizza places around the Boston area but this one for some reason didn’t do it for me. It was super thin,... floppy & undercooked & I was incredibly disappointed when I got my pizza the amount of Chicken they had put on it was laughablethat I almost didn’t even want to believe it. Very pricey & not worth it I still couldn’t believe that some slices had atiny piece of Chicken on it. Learned my lesson! Would recommend a different pizza shop if you are in need of a pizza. Decided to pick up pizza here after seeing their sign for vegan pizza now available. The pizza was very good, they provide a... nice thin crust which normally isn’t my favorite. The (vegan) cheese also had a nice texture to it which can sometimes ruinpizzas. It was definitely a bit pricey though! Read more
