They're open really late (something like 1:30 am), with remarkably good food for that time of night. It's a friendly... neighborhood place, mostly faculty, staff, and graduate students. I still don’t really know what “New American” means for food types but everything was fine here. I expected better. I... always think the salad of uncut romaine lettuce is absolutely ridiculous. Consistency is the most important part of chosing a restaurant that you had a wonderful meal and experience and then returning... with your expectations for a repeat performance. The Abbey offers a diverse menu, superb waitstaff, great food and meets myexpectations with each visit. I love their roasted Brussel Sprouts, their salads are fresh and flavorful and selection of smalldishes (Tappas) makes the meal fun, especially for sharing. Full bar and lovely atmosphere. Read more
