The best coffee shop in Cambridge. The people there are the nicest people I have ever met. The shop also has great... non-caffeinated options. The environment is so friendly and the appreciation for artwork and artists is showcased all around theshop. I highly recommend. Read more

I love the cozy vibe and delicious coffee at Simon?s. I spent many afternoons working on my dissertation here. To the reviewer... who complained that this coffee shop isn?t like Starbucks: you're right. This is absolutely not like Starbucks, a giant globalcorporation. It is a small business run by a local resident, helping to build community. Thank goodness Simon?s is still goingstrong after so many years, thanks to the support of many students and neighbors. It?s unfortunate that I have to leave a 3 ?? review for Simmon?s Coffee, because the latte I ordered here was smooth and tasted... good. But pricy, for $5/latte, it?s more expensive than Starbucks, and on par with Blue Bottles. I honestly think it is overpriced. The real reason for the 2 ?? knock off was the fee-based WiFi, as shown in my picture. In 2022, I have not seen acoffee shop that charges it?s patrons for WiFi usages. And give them credit, they have hourly, daily, even monthly subscription, but if this is the owner?s way of limiting seating time at the coffee shop, it?s going to turn away quite a number ofguests. Why doesn?t Starbucks charge for WiFi even though a lot of its patrons literally make Starbucks their ?shared officespace?? It?s building customer retention. So if you are planning to get some work done at a coffee shop with WiFi, be ready tospend some doughs at Simon?s. Read more

This is a very good place. I met a friend for lunch on a Friday afternoon. We ordered two sandwiches, an iced latte, a scone... and a bottle of water. Total cost was $40. The sandwiches were very good. I had the turkey and avocado on sourdough. It wasfresh and very tasty. I gather from the speed with which my friend ate his that it was equally good. The size wasn't huge butreasonable. My friend's coffee was very good. The scone was amazing, albeit not traditional. For one, the shape is not thetraditional triangle. Instead, it resembled a biscuit. The texture was dense and toothsome, not light like many scones. Infact, I would almost consider this something altogether different than a scone. A baked good form all it's own. If you'reexpecting the traditional scone you may be disappointed, but if you approach it for what it is you won't be. I loved it. Infact, I liked it so much I took three more home with me too freeze and enjoy later (not included in the price above). Theservice was exceptional. Fast, friendly, but not artificially chummy, and professional. They got hit the right note. And theplace was comfortable, attractive and not at all crowded, although they were doing a brisk business. All in all, highlyrecommend. Bon appetit! Read more

I really want to like this place but the sandwich I got was so poorly put together I had to reconstruct it myself. The flavors... weren?t bad (Turkey avocado) but I won?t be returning. Some of the ingredients were only on one corner of the bread or were toolarge for it and half of the avocado was outside of the sandwich when I opened it. Definitely not worth $10. Read more

Great cozy little cafe with outdoor seating for nice weather, full selection of hot and cold coffee and tea drinks, with a few... uncommon offerings. Sandwiches, bagels, and some pastries give you plenty of options for food, with the Hummus Avocado Veggiesandwich being an awesome one. Read more
