Service can be slow even when they are not even busy. Sometimes their employees will ignore you and do duck all! They almost... always over fill my cup with ice after I tell them light on the ice. Not nearly as bad as the one that was in central Sq thatclosed, but the employees just make me feel miserable here.in all, I'd rather walk to Harvard if I am craving a Dunkin's fix. Read more

A couple people walking around the register and no one decided to take my order. One guy near the register I guess was done for... the day and told his co-worker, ?hey are you going to take her order?? She looked right at me and said, ?no I?m not.? I went this morning to this location asking for 2 cappuccino and large iced water. the manager wHo?s name RAM said the tap... water cost ???? 1,07 !!!!!!!!!!???? First, I been is this location a couple of times, my office is across the street from thislocation, they never charged me for the water until I saw the manager this morning!!! I asked him why he didn?t listed in themenu to make it clear for the consumer and his answer is I can give u a receipt of it!!!! He wasn?t nice/ he made my morningbad! No smile at all!!! Order was wrong 3 times and employees were not friendly. Will not be back to this location. Visited 10/15/21 at around... 11:30am. The manager did end up fixing our order, but overall had a horrible experience. It really shouldn?t take that long toget a simple order right. Read more
This is a very poorly managed Dunkin?. There?s consistently only one worker there, takes forever to get anything, unpredictable... exactly how long it?ll be. Go elsewhere if you don?t want to waste a lot of time in line. Read more
