Service was friendly and quick when I went here for the first time, but location was a little run down. It was also unclear what... the hours were and there was only one person working there. Read more
Service can be slow even when they are not even busy. Sometimes their employees will ignore you and do duck all! They almost... always over fill my cup with ice after I tell them light on the ice. Not nearly as bad as the one that was in central Sq thatclosed, but the employees just make me feel miserable here.in all, I'd rather walk to Harvard if I am craving a Dunkin's fix. Read more

A couple people walking around the register and no one decided to take my order. One guy near the register I guess was done for... the day and told his co-worker, ?hey are you going to take her order?? She looked right at me and said, ?no I?m not.?
