If I could give negative stars, I would. This location has the worst customer service I?ve experienced in years. It?s been 2... days and the situation has only escalated. The only reason I?m giving two stars is because the women who work here and one younger man works here that are very nice and... get the job done. But there?s always a problem, it took 30 minutes for the line and my order to be completed. I wanted to paycash but was told I could not, there was no sign stating that cash was not an option. I'm one to dish out five star reviews all the time but I ordered a cake batter latte hot. I specified cake batter latte more... than once and he said cold and I said, hot please. The caramel craze was okay but I ordered it for the whipped cream andsprinkles primarily. Very disappointed to not get the cake batter. Next time I'll just order on the mobile app. Read more
Worst attention ive ever gotten at a Dunkin Donuts
ORDERED 10 DONUT HOLES AND THEY ONLY GAVE 7!! Also pretty sub par iced coffee and donuts :/ Wanted to try the Boston cream, and... it was alright... you can tell the donuts aren?t too fresh and the iced coffee seemed liked it was watered down.
