Always fast and efficient! I know people say they're coffee isn't the best but I'm here to say that I think that's hogwash, I've... never had a bad experience with their drinks. A very average Dunkin location. Service was just ok, but the tables are tiny. It'll serve you better as a takeout place.
Always ask for a receipt! I was charged $53 when a cashier did not close out my order (one iced coffee), and charged the next... customer?s items to my card. When I went back, cashiers told me they could not fix the overcharge, and that I would have to comein when a supervisor was on duty, which is generally in conflict with my own work schedule. When I finally connected with amanager 4 days later, she told me I would need to come in person with my card at 7:30am to process the refund, and she offeredme nothing additional for my trouble.
