I had the pleasure of hosting my birthday party last Friday at Cloud &Spirit. My birthday met all the expectations thanks to... Michael and his staff. The service was attentive making sure our drink orders were in and the food options were absolutelydelicious. It was intimate and elegant for a party of 10 people. The cocktails here are on point. The mixologist Shayla isamazing. I highly recommend the blood rise cocktail. One sip and it gets your blood rising with a kick. It is smooth ,sweet andstrong. The ambiance in this spot is a cool vibe with great music. I couldn’t have asked for a better Birthday Thank youagain to Michael and his staff for the detail, planning and accommodations. Make sure to book your next event at Cloud &Spirit. You won’t be disappointed. Read more

The service was top notch, and very attentive to us and our needs. We ordered just about every dishfrom their menu to share. Each dish was exciting with high quality presentation, exceptional and most important, delicious, andKudos to the chef. Their seasonal mixed drinks are wonderful and have a great kick to them. Their bartenders have greatknowledge of mixology and can make any drink you ask for. The experience at Cloud and Spirit was a positive vibe and one for ourbooks and memories. Read more

Food I cannot believe it took me so long to try this restaurant. It has been on my want-to-go list for a while now. The menu was... very limited, and we ordered everything except the rip eye. I had to give it to the chef. Everything but the curry meatballswere phenomenal. I know it is so hard to get everything right, but they (almost) did it. We were so happy with every single dish, and couldn’t believe our last dish, curry meatballs, was so bad that I couldn’t swallow it. I still gave it a five-starbecause I highly recommend it to everyone. Everything else The decor was playful. It certainly matches the name, cloud &spirit. The service was great. Read more

This place just opened and it is a blast! It is intimate and fun at the same time. All the plates are meant to be shared with... our favourites being the Duck Wontons and the fried chicken. The best part of this place is the cocktails. I really liked the KPop star but you can't go wrong with anything on the list. Read more

Could & Spirits is a great restaurant with incredible cocktails! The best drink in my opinion was the Crimson Garden. The... ingredients for it sound simple enough, but the proportions and preparation made it a memorable drink that rose above it’sstation. All the food we got was very good, but the standout was the Fried Chicken. I didn’t even get a chance to take a photobecause I devoured it immediately! Overall this is a great place to go (especially for a date), but it can be expensive for theamount of food you get( excluding the Fried Chicken) so just keep that in mind. Came back here for brunch and I thought it wasincredible! Definitely will be back here all the time for it! The Chicken and Waffles was a stand out Read more

A new locals' favorite spot that features creative cocktail selections and contemporary Asian cuisines with varied seasonal... offerings. I've been meaning to try this place for a while, and finally got to pull the trigger this past weekend. With highceilings and gorgeous decors, this seemed like a perfect spot for a romantic night out. Upon arrival, we were promptly seated atour table, and although our visit was around mid-March, we were still given their winter menu. Everything on the menu seemedappetizing, so we almost got everything on the menu except for the greens and the pasta. Fatty Hamachi crudo topped with ikuraand sweet garnish was immaculate and kept my expectations high for this place. Sweet potato croquettes which came after was alsodelicious. Fillings inside were not too sweet and had a good amount of meaty flavors. However, the subsequent dishes were a bitletdowns. Arancini, duck wonton, jajang flatbread, and the gogi wanja were good but too plain in terms of their flavors. Theamount of the black bean sauce on top for the jajang flatbread wasn't sufficient to encapsulate the richness of the sauce. Thegogi wanja were also essentially meatballs with no unique elements except for the creamy sauce. Fortunately, the shoyu chickenand the Xian Street noodles compensated for their shortage with a nice surprise. The chicken was undoubtedly the best part ofthe meal as it was extremely tender and went heavenly with its respective dipping sauce. The noodles also had a good balance offlavors between the creamy peanuts and the spicy pepper flakes that came on the side. Although the food overall wasn't up to myinitial expectations, the service and the ambience were perfect to make this a great night out. Would probably return for theircocktails and revolving seasonal menus. Read more

TL;DR: The restaurant is overall decent but there's definitely room for improvement. The food was cold and the potatoes were... seasoned weirdly. Overall, I don't think you'll dislike your experience. Though I did find it interesting how weirdly shaped thesilverware was. I asked about that and they said that's the way silverware is in Korea. I've spent a considerable amount of timein Seoul, Korea. The silverware is not like this over there. So I don't know why that's being said. Food: Chicken & Waffle -This dish is served with a sauce that tastes a bit like sweet spicy ketchup mixed with mayonnaise but it wasn't a bad flavor, asit complimented the dish well. Both the chicken and the waffle were pretty phenomenal, despite being served pretty cold. I feelthat maybe the food sat in the window a bit too long, which is not the fault of the kitchen. What is the fault of the kitchenthough is the potatoes. Not only were the potatoes completely room temperature but they're served over greens with very largegrains of salt. This leads to an undersalted potatoes and the world's saltiest salad. I would suggest using finer grained saltand salting the potatoes directly after cooking them. This allows the salt to dissolve into the liquid around the potatoes andbecome part of the overall flavor before the liquids evaporate/solidify. It's bizarre that something so simple is an issuehere. Sautéed Veggies Benedict - This dish has a very nice taste. But the bread was too thick and dry and it needs more of thesauce used. Same issue as above with the potatoes. Please learn how to do the potatoes. Also, this food was cold as well. Payattention to the window. No one wants to pay a lot for cold food. Drinks: Mimosa (Blood Orange) - The mimosa is quite a bitacidic, making it feel more like a grape fruit mimosa. It's still good though I'd try to pay attention to the adicity a bit.Felt a bit like battery acid. I'm going to take a tums now. Lol! Plum Soju Sangria - The sangria w Read more
