You'd find good Indian food or Chinese food here in US, but good Indo-Chinese is a rare thing. I thought it didn't exist here... until one day I found this place. The food is hot and spicy - they don't ask for spice level preference, and I like it this way- who has chicken chili or triple schezwan fried rice with less spice. The flavour profile reminds of street food you'd have inIndia. If you're some one like me who's spent a better part of their life in India and misses the all too common fried rice, hakka noodles and some chili and lollipops, this is the place to be. I believe they have other dishes on offer too, but I'm yetto try those. 5/5, super recommend! Read more

Literally some of the best paneer Tikka masala I've ever had and for a very fair price. Food is all made fresh and hot. It's a... very mild Tikka masala if you are concnered about spice level. I will be coming here again Read more

We had a pretty bad experience with this place. We ordered chinese bhel, bhelpuri, vada pav and hakka noodles. Every item was... below average in taste. We waited almost 30 minutes at 4pm for the noodles, and they were tasteless (very less and vinegar). Wecouldnt take more than a couple bites. Considering the premium location of this place, I am very surprised at the poor qualityof food. Read more

The mango lassi was unbearably sweet but had a good flavor to it. I had to dilute it with water. I?ll have to return to try the... food. Read more

The chana masala was super hot, fresh, and nicely spiced. I don?t get why the giant side of rice was necessary. My daughter... hypothesized that the large section of the plate used to be for the entrée but they decided to cheapen things up and use asmaller compartment for the item that didn?t cost next to nothing. What they call a salad is actually some expired lettuce. Whenyou ask for a cup of water, the cup they give you is basically the size of a large thimble. It?s hard to say if I would go backas the entrée was great but the rest was a disappointment and the pricing is what you would?ve expected at a full-servicerestaurant. Oh, I should also mention that the garlic naan was good. Read more

Chutney's was introduced to me by a friend in 2016. Since then I visited their longwood store once a week, symphony store when... I was around college convenience store to do Indian groceries. I didn't knew about this location untill recently located rightin the heart of Harvard Square. Some of the must have items are the recently added indo Chinese food selection I love chickenManchurian and fried rice. My friends love veg Manchurian as well as momos. The usual Indian chipotle kind of plate is nice aswell. My favorite is chutney chicken. At chutney's, you can add flavors what you like and that makes the place unique. I don'tenjoy their tea that much, I am coffee person anyway. All in all if you are craving that Street style indo Chinese food withstrong ginger and garlic flavors. Chutney's is the place to visit.
