First time ordering a pizza at establishment. I was very happy, the pizza crust was correct consistency nor to thick or thon,... but crispy and buttery. Had the correct elasticity also. The cheese and toppings were great. High quality suasuage. Thecustomer service was excellent. A little pricey, but worth it. Saw a lot of bad reviews mostly for delivery times so I washesitant. The ppl who own this place are terrible. I?ve had food delivered 2-3 hours late and when I call to find out why, the owner... instead gets nasty and cusses over the phone. The pizza is alway over cooked and the service is terrible. Don?t waste yourmoney. This has happened multiple times and I will not order from them again. Not worth the hassle. Read more
I have been waiting for them to open up in Cambridge. EDIT. I initially gave a 5 star review. That was the first review in this... site. I unfortunately have to change it because every order since has either been wrong, cooked poorly, or just not very good.This review isn't for the consumer, it is for You Rusticana! I understand thisbeing a new location but you have experiencedstaff and tried and tried recipes! It almost seems as though you want to fail! Please, tell me what I did wrong as a customer?Or better yet, tell us what you are going to do to make this the best pizza place in the area? Read your reviews here! My god!Deliveries being a mess I get, good help hard to find .. But I always pick up and it is ever ready and never right and never upto Rusticana standards! Failure is an option! Decided to order a White Pizza for the ladies at work. I cannot believe they delivered a BURNT PIZZA , It was terrible and due... to it being BURNT the Pizza was so dry you couldn't eat it- Never Again. This Pizza place even changing hands is the worst placeto go -save your money. Read more
Ordered through door dash only to find out that it's $20 more and they don't even use door dash as a delivery service. And when... I called door dash to question why the prices were different they deactivated my account... Something shady is going on herepeople. I need answers... Read more
We order from them every week and our order is never right. The cheese from the pizza is completely stuck to the cardboard on... the lid. Soggy fries and subs. Salads that got so hot at some point that the cheese is stuck together in a lump or rottentomatoes. We were hoping that if we gave them enough tries they would up their game. And since they are right up the road,delivery would be fast, but it still takes over an hour to get our food. We are done giving them chances. Hope you all havebetter luck. Read more
Placed an order for pickup. 2 pizzas and fries. Was told 45 minutes. When I arrived to pick up order, they realized they hadn?t... cooked my pizzas? at all. Was told it would be 15 more minutes. When I went back in to get pizzas they tried to give me thefries that had been sitting in a bag for what had to be close to an hour at this point, so I asked for fresh fries (some chumpin a blue shirt acted like it was a huge inconvenience and couldn?t understand why I would want fresh fries). Was not offered adiscount, gift card, nothing. Not even an apology at any point throughout all of this. Poor excuse for a rusticana. Oh and thesauce is too sweet. Update: 6 months later, still awful.
