I order from this restaurant on the regular the same thing . Eschovitch chicken , rice and peas , and Mac and cheese. Tonight... this food was disgusting. Whoever was the cook today from 3pm on ,CAN NOT cook. There was not seasoning to give that eschovitchtaste and the Mac and cheese was tasteless. I order all the time through DoorDash regular customer but todays service and lies was unacceptable has my 2 items order wasn?t... received. My fry chicken or my potato salad as the restaurant didn't follow the instructions on the app. For one as they didn'tcontacting me for unavailable items or gave me a refund instead they provided me with chicken wings that's cheaper than what Ipaid for also the wings was dry as if it's been sitting there for awhile, second they didn't have no potato salad and stilldidn't contact or refunded my order third to make matters worst I called the store and the lady on the phone was well aware thatI didn't received my items and tried to lie saying they close at 9 but truth is they close at 10 also my order was at 7 andthere's no way your gonna blame the chef and said he didn't make any fry chicken today for a popular Jamaican restaurant that Iorder at before this is unacceptable also my potato salad was never refunded through them as they know once the customercomplains about the order they still get full payment while I receive not my full money back but partially payment this is veryunfair and unacceptable. I?ve supported this restaurant for years and weekly at that, good and bad days okay!! but today I?ve learn that a specific dish... that my son orders on a regular a vegetarian Roti that we were receiving for months, the staff said THE OWNER told them to denymy 15 year old son. Which I really know it?s the owners mother the older light skinned woman in the back that has ATTITUDE fordays got mad because I asked for plantains In the roti one night. This woman actually told me that she will give me the parts tothe food order and go and do whatever I like with it? How unprofessional and disgusting of her to talk to someone like that?!?!They sent my hungry child back on the bus without food. I my job and I tried to educate them and tell them the proper way todeal with it, but I?m sure it?s like beating a DEAD HORSE!! I spent at least a $100 weekly but that means NOTHING to thesepeople!! Very good West Indian Restaurant in Cambria Heights. The Sorrel drink here is fresh and not bottled like many places. The beef... Patty is amazing. The staff was very helpful in locating Sorrel among other things in refrigerator space. Read more

I had the best Thanksgiving Dinner once again this year.. last year was my introduction, and this year they out did themselves.... The best jerk Fry turkey in the world.
