I worked for Dutch Bros for several years, and for some reason this district is just not right. Jess, I'm sorry for the poor... review but everytime I have visited one of your stands, my drink has been wrong. I know the difference between a freeze and acarburetor. I know the difference between a cold brew and a nitro. I know what cinnamon and nutmeg should taste like(that drinkliterally made me ill). I don't know what kind of standards this stand has with hiring / drink recipes but it is a huge miss,and it's extremely disappointing. The kids that work here are arrogant and act like punks. I asked for an extra sticker for myCHILD and then kid at the window laughed and said, "you could buy another drink if you really want another sticker!" I'msorry.... WHAT?! This is not the culture... They refused to let us have another sticker for our kid unless we ordered another drink. The also made my wifes drink wrong.... Terrible customer service. There are plenty of other places we can go to. Terrible vibe from the place. The kid just said in thewindow sill. Worst dutch bros experience ever. Read more
There is this guy who works there he?s so sweet and kind he?s extremely upbeat and seems like he?s allways got good energy to... offer he reminds me of the old employees back in the Day that used to work at Dutch Bros he?s just got an awesome attitude andit?s rely contagious and I just appreciate that he knows my drink it?s rely impressive and Dutch bros hopefully recognizes thathe is a definitely a asset to the company u don?t rely find that a lot in customer service especially now a days and it?s relycool the other employees are way to go super cool to just all around great experience every time ???? I had an iced chocolate macadamia nut latte with coconut milk! It was super good, and the staff was so friendly! Update August... 2022: The "broistas" are still as friendly and accommodating as ever! I got the new cookie dough drink as a latte with oat milkand it was delicious. Highly highly recommend! Read more

Stopped in for a coffee today. Due to personal reasons, I was having a rough day and was visibly upset. Not only were the... workers incredibly empathetic and talked to me in a supportive way, they also wrote a sweet message on top that made my dayjust a little bit better.
