I ordered through DoorDash & 30 minutes later I got a message my order was cancelled. It was only 9:30 pm?tried calling them,... they wouldn?t answer. This Wingstop location has the worst customer service coming from the manager. I order wings here all the time but my order is... ALWAYS INCORRECT. Every time I go back inside to have them correct my order the manager always steps in and tries to make mefeel like I am at fault. The employees are never rude it?s only the manager who is very unprofessional. Read more

I would never suggest this place without a call-ahead. Even then I would budget an additional 20 minutes to the estimated pick... up time. I went with a few friends to eat there and our order took an hour to come out. Granted it was busy. But that's justunacceptable for any restaurant. The whole restaurant was full of customers that were just waiting for their food. No one waseating. Didn't get an apology or any kind of comp. Wings were also undercooked. Haven't been here in a while but the crispy strips have gone WAY down hill. They used to be plump and juicy, now they are dark,... hard, skinny and dry. The frys were soggy, I like mine crispy. The wings and ranch are good though. Just stay away from thestrips... Read more
